28.2.4.6 and 53

A wise man told me that hex 28 signifies overload. ie the ridgepole is too heavy. I know some interpretations suggest this is a sexual implication but, if it isn't taken as such, then what are the other options?

Is 28 significant of overcommitment in terms of tasks and appointments, or of other *people* or relationships? And does 53 mean that things will happen as I want them to eventually or essentially just not happen at all?

If anyone has experience with 28 in terms of a barrier to something I would love to hear what it was.

28 refers to a situation which is inherently flawed and must be abandoned or corrected. There is excessive strength. It indicates setbacks. 53 is the gradual amelioration of the problems, and for women a possibility of something going very well, a joyful possibility.

Thanks icastes. Wow -- 53 sounds way more positive than I had hoped. As for 28 I am wondering how to correct it. It seems lately that no matter what i do here, i cannot go around the obstacle, I cannot change the obstacle, I can't jump over or crawl under. It's just...*there*.

Setbacks - yes that's accurate! I wonder what abandoning or correcting means in this case. Thanks. This is helpful and food for thought.
