For a long time now I have not had my own dwellings, a place to call my own. Instead of this often debilitating situation motivating me to work harder at bringing about such things I am unable to get beyond a true appreciation of the aesthetics of a beautiful house and imagining the feeling of growing and living in a lovely garden to really desiring willing wanting to 'have' it and taking action to make it happen. It seems to be an increasingly odd thing to me in fact to close the door to the world every day upon returning to this space filled with my belongings and the guy next door having the same belongings. I can sleep where i lay my head and be perfectly happy being outdoors or among people, and yet it is a must. Everyone has to have one. Its weird if you dont, you are a nuicance to others. What in gods name am i not able to connect with here? What do i need to understand or how can I get the deep understanding & thus conjure up the drive to integrate this part of life in a healthy, growth enabling way is what i asked! Anyone have any of the top of the head insights about hex 1 changing to hex 25 through lines 2 & 3?I hope mine is not too strange a question. Bless

Hi Danyelle,

the Yi probably just tells you about your own attitude. 25 is the relating hexagram: no entanglement. This is the Background, and hexagram 1 could make you meditate about what you really want in life and where to go.

"Everyone has to have one", you write. So you are in an Environment where people criticize you. And you feel you Maybe don't deserve this criticism. This is maybe the real subject matter of your question …

All the best, Mandarine_23
