What should I know about sailing to New York? 8.2.3>48

I haven't consulted the iching in a number of years. The last time I did, I chose not to heed its advice. Everything the iching outlined for me came true, and I'm still living with the consequences. My current situation is related and I feel so stuck and indecisive that I decided to consult the iching again about my present dilemma.

I'm currently living on my boat on anchor in North Carolina, which would be great except for the fact I have the boat I bought years ago (the one the iching warned me not to buy) in New York. I need to get up to New York to deal with it, but I cannot decide how to accomplish this. I can only think of the different ways I could do this, but feel entirely stuck and indecisive and my mind keeps turning to all the different possibilities instead of forming a plan.

Receiving lines 2 and 3 is really confusing to me. I've been looking for someone to do the trip with without success. Is the iching telling me to go it alone? It would be more difficult to make the trip singlehanded, but I'm capable and the challenge may prove worthwhile in terms of gaining confidence.
A friend of mine has offered in the past to tow my boat with his truck, so I was considering asking him for help. I asked the iching about asking him and received 33 w/ line 4 changing. Which to me, is saying don't bother to even ask.

I could leave this boat down here and go back to New York to deal with the other one, but I fear I'll be miserable as this is my home and my comfort zone. I asked the iching about leaving her down here and received 27 with no changing lines, which seems to confirm that I'll be uncomfortable with that decision.

Finally I asked what if I just try to sell the boat in NY in its current state. I received 62 with line 6 changing. I think that's telling me that would be a huge mistake. Maybe I'm biased but I feel there's no easy way out of that situation.

As I mentioned I feel really stuck at the moment, any insight into these hexagrams, especially 8 with lines 2 and 3, would be very helpful.

Sometimes a question or a reading is one an oracle can't help clarify. The person has to clarify it by themselves. Like AI and feedback looping, what you get coming back at you is a magnification of what you put in.

From your post it's clear - to my eye - that you're overlooking the least convoluted way to deal with this, which you mention at the beginning and at the end. Sell the boat in NY. As simply as possible. End of. Less is more. On to the next.

Or don't sell. And make that your decision.

I do like your AI analogy. But just to be clear, are you suggesting that my reading(s) are erroneous and should be ignored?

As for simply selling it and moving onto the next, I really wish it were that easy. I didn't go into detail, but this boat is currently on land and needs a tremendous amount of work done to get it back into the water. In its current condition, I'd basically have to give it away. But I agree, less is more. Almost all of the stress in my life is due to owning too many things that don't serve me. And I'm guilty of throwing good money at those things. I want to reform this, but that requires me to return to New York and put in some hard work, hence my current dilemma

At the moment, I'm leaning towards sailing up singlehanded. I hope there was nothing ominous regarding hexagram 8 with 2 and 3 changing. Also 62 with line 6 changing doesn't seem too assuring selling it as it currently is would be wise. But perhaps my interpretation is biased.
