Your previous answer suggested that yo get on and do something about your problem, otherwise you may just grow old waiting, and waiting, and....

Story continue...I send a letter for the president of the court to hurry,
I ask; "what can I expect if I go tomorrow to talk with judge"? Answer; 30.4.5>37

This is third time that I obtain hexagram 30 in same problem.

What does this mean?

What can you expect if you talk to the judge? A lot of hot air. So, another wasted journey.

And nothing will be solved at all? So that I do not go? But the line 5 mean good fortune?

To me line 4 moving in H38, Opposition and Disagreements, is such a good line, Yamabushi. You are called upon to see beyond the surface unpleasantness and realize that the judge might be a good man.

Sometimes our I Ching readings are reflecting back to us our own state of mind, not giving advice about the situation. But 24.2 > 19 is certainly advice. It speaks of returning to goodness. If you treat the judge with kindness and goodness, honoring him, then you are likely to see him treating you the same way. And good fortune will be the result.

It seems that you have created confusion here as well as at the court.

Hex 37 says that when you see the judge then you must be armed with all the right information, laws etc regarding your case, but if you just wander over for an "informal" chat, then you are wasting your time, again.

Therefore, chatting with the judge will get you nowhere, as you have no influence or standing.

In the beginning you seemed to understand what I was saying, now you keep saying your confused. Confused by what, my English?

I keep trying to explain what your answers mean, not only for your benefit but for the benefit of other readers.

So, if you are not a lawyer and have no legal training then the judge will Not bother with you.

I mentioned hex 38 because it was one of the first hexs in this thread. Sometimes it helps to go back to the beginning.

aprl 1: what should I know about situation with the judge and case
Answer; 38. 4>41

Here it is, your own question and the response you got.

The relating hexagram is 41, indicating you might try to get your usual instinctual reactions (anger and so forth) under better control.

38.4: There is someone around you who can help you. Maybe this person seems to be antagonistic, but actually that person thinks as you do. That person could be the judge. It could be someone else. How can we over here at onlineclarity know who that person is? This is somebody you already know.

I have the feeling you are your own worst enemy. I cannot see you and I don't really know what's going on, but somehow your confused state of mind is making all this worse.

Honor other people, and they will honor you and try to help you, too.

Something flares up and dies out again quickly, like a meteor that blazes through the sky and then disappears again into the darkness.

If you did sob with grief then, and go on home, that would be good.

That and not paying attention to the advice been given to you, and actually acting on it.

Yam, stop acting like a headless chicken, and start getting into action, as a million questions are not going to make your situation any clearer. Push the lawyer to speak with the judge, surely you all live in the same town.

The alternative as I told you years ago(feels like it), is to just walk away from it all, drop the whole thing. You were found not guilty.

Well, I did not go to the judge, I went to lawyer who say that everything will eventually be fine.
This is minor case for him (but lot of worry for me), so he is not very interested.
Yes, I really did create confusion by acting as headless chicken.

The worst of everything for me is waiting, it is destroying me.

Ok, this is last question which I ask about this problem, I asked; "what should i do now?" and I got 7.6>4

Yes, next week I will push the lawyer to do something or I will find another one.

You have answered your own question.

What about old one and this;

What you should know is that your lawyer is in hurry to see the judge on your behalf.

Sorry, I mistyped my original answer(just noticed my typo) as I what I meant to say was that your lawyer certainly wasn't in a hurry, Hex 5 he spends his time eating and smoking and doesn't make a move towards the judge.

Yes, next week I will push the lawyer to do something or I will find another one.

I like your new avatar . . .

Yes, 7.6 says not to use inferior people and since your lawyer is not interested in furthering your interests, I would just go ahead, if I were you, and find another lawyer.

The alternative is to decide that you have already won this case, as Willowfox pointed out many times. It is very hard on the nervous system of average people to be in the legal system. Surely your health is worth more to you than winning this case and maybe getting sick from so much worrying?

Yes, avatar is good :)
Do you think that according to the line 6 in 7, I have already achieve what I should have, verdict is made and war is over?
I just have to wait for it...

I thought you were talking about getting a new lawyer? Your war is far from over unless you start pushing a few people.

After 50 posts I fell asleep looking into my crystal ball.

I hope you have no more court cases.
