28:2,3,4 — 8

It looks like there will be some sort of crisis (28:3) but the worst will be averted by some fancy footwork (28:4). But i wonder who is the older man and the younger wife (28:2). Could it be some kind of national economic alliance. For example the U.S. being the older man and China being the young wife? (China is, of course older in years but it is younger as an economic superpower). Actually, that line might be impossible to figure out since it could be anyone or any countries or even any two concepts or two theories of economics or laws.

It seems a hopeful reading. I look forward to seeing how it plays out...
in just musing, it could seem that Obama is the young wife to the old man, uncle sam. things get shaky for awhile, but ultimately the structure can withstand the pressure. Unity/Holding Together : sound like very American priciples.

28.2 - take from areas of high resources and move to areas of low resources - to strike a balance between the have and have-nots, or between too-high growth areas and areas that are not growing at all at present but have potential for growth.

Umm. Or, the overburdened economy will stabilize (but not really grow) through new mergers, or alliances?

Hi All

I see 28.2 as definate growth like the market picks up

28.3 takes a downturn again which doest sound the best it almost reminds me of when I look at the lines how obama is getting blocked on his healthcare bill type of thing. Like someone pushes ahead but gets no support. Not sure
but it is normal I guess for a market to fluctuate untill it stabilises

28.4 The market stabilises again

8 sounds great like a union so it comes together

Will be interesting to look back on this thread

Yes, I see 28.2 as a rejuvenation of the economy. New life comes into the situation. And 28.4 is a most auspicious line, a stabilization.
