my palate hurts when I touch it with my tongue, and the gums which are a little red and have white dots so I asked and it came out 29.2.6> 20 they say that usually 29 comes out for the teeth but line 2 is 6 what does it mean?

Sounds a little bit like thrush. You can try a treatment from the chemist for that, a topical cream or possibly tablets though you may need a prescription for the tablets, not sure.
