So a good while ago I made the decision to make a career change & follow another passion of mine & become a Pilates instructor. I want to specialise in injury rehabilitation & prevention, as it has helped me immensely to recover & thrive after an on going injury that doctors told me I'd have to live with for the rest of my life on pain medication.
I'd like to share that with people so they don't have to live in chronic pain or think an injury has to hold them back.

Anyways at the start of the year I had made the decision to go back to study, train & get my professional qualification with one of the top schools in the field. There were two schools available to me in my country, let's just call them S & P.
S breaks down their qualifications into levels & you must do the course & sit the exams after each one. They are all separate so you can do each course section at your own pace, gaining practice & experience teaching inbetween as you advance through the levels.
P does it all at once in one course spread out over a year. It is hosted in my country but I must fly over to London for all exams etc. P had a course starting in April; so being an eager beaver I didn't want to wait & wanted to jump right in!

And so begins the series of disastrous events!
First the school P website glitches & takes out the fees several times at once resulting in my credit card being charged €15,000!!! :O
Then (the same glitch) the site didn't actually enroll me & the course was full so the school enrolled me on the later Autumn course. Then when they refunded me the funds I lost out on a hefty sum (almost €1500!) with the exchange rate.
THEN I brake my foot!!! And after the cast comes off (after 3 mths) the underling cause of the brake is still there (now awaiting an MRI) & I'm told may take over a year to fully heal; putting a big question mark over the more advanced part of my course as I risk permanent damage if I push through an unhealed injury - ARGH!!!

My friend joked that the universe was telling me not to do this course....she may have been right!

Then after all of this the school (P) contacts me to tell me they have to reschedule the course to early nxt year!! Really!!

So fed up with all these set backs I checked the dates with the other school (S) & they have a level 1 starting this Autumn, with level 2 starting early nxt year. I'm thinking this is the better option as I can take the more advanced courses when my foot is fully healed & I'm ready. Plus the exams take place here in my country so no extra added expenses of flights & hotels etc. And it's the school that physio therapists favour & work with so potentially opens up much more work for me.

So I asked:

What is the outcome of taking the P course? 22.6 > 36

What is the outcome of taking the S course? 4.1 > 41

Initially I thought yikes for both answers! But 4.1 speaks of education & discipline.
Changing to 41
"Decrease combined with sincerity
Brings about supreme good fortune
Without blame.
One may be persevering in this.
It furthers one to undertake something"

Am I right in thinking the S course is the best option?

Given my circumstances it certainly seems that way on paper.

An interpreter I like associates 22.6 and 36.6 with the relationship between non-mind and non-action (respectively). This may sound dumb but reading your whole misadventure with the first school, I would translate 22.6 to "NO-BRAINER". I mean, you seem angry and one can definitely see why. Is the school really worth the bother?4.1 is a beautiful result for a school. I think it speaks about the desire to learn and I've read 41 speaks about hard work.

Thanks Slowcheetah!

I was thrown slightly with it being Hex 4! But I had also read somewhere (of Line 1) that you should learn from your pain - which would fit perfectly in this scenario :)
