Why does my hair not grow like before?

Hi everyone
I used to have really long full hair and now it doesn't grow like it used to...
I asked the iching why and got

8.4.5 changing to 16

Any idea?? I really don't in the reading

Imagine 8.4.5 -- 16 a response showing the path you followed, possibly with coordinated help from others to gather the necessary resources that would enable healthier hair.
.... or what you need to do if you haven't done so yet. ... a plan to connect yourself to that image of healthy hair... and be open to the result of that plan because not everything depends solely on a plan and concerted discipline... age and health play a significant role in the equation.
