Will he get a job offer - 34uc

My husband has a meeting with the company where I work, to discuss the possibilities of working together and both parties to understand if my husband’s skills can help them with regards to the project they have in mind.

I asked the oracle if he is going to receive an offer and work with them; and I got 34uc.

34 I understand it means “to stand one’s ground”. But I don’t quite understand how to interpret it to my question.

Any thoughts or ideas.

Yes my husband specially seems to be exactly what they need for the project. But they need to assess him themselves hence the meeting.
