Will he get the job? 54.1 to 40

My husband lost his job recently which is very bad since he is the main bread winner. He immediately applied to 2 different jobs in the same field.
The first one is his dream job, it has excellent benefits that we desperately need for our little girl and is exactly what he wants to do in the field. The second one is a last resort option because it will be difficult for him to maintain due to an injury he suffered a few years ago. He was offered the job of the 2nd option in the interview but is still waiting to hear back about the 1st option.
I asked what are the chances thst he will get the 1st option job which is his dream job and the answer was 54.1 to 40. This doesn't seem like a positive answer but I would appreciate any insight anyone might gave. I worry about him taking the one he was already offered because I know he will be miserable and it will not be good for his health. Thank you for any help you can offer in interpreting this answer.

He got the job he wanted, but only after taking the one he didn't want and working for that company for a week. We found out that he got the job on July 20th but he will not get his first check until August 4th which goes right along with the prediction made by kttuan. I hope this thread is helpful to anyone researching these hexagrams.
