Will I get the job if I apply? 58

I have been offered today the opportunity to apply for a new role (higher than my current role).
And I asked the oracle, will I get the job if I apply? I received 58 unchanged.

58- joyful… Perseverance brings success
I need to talk with joy and be friendly / helpful and this leads to success.

I see it as a “yes” but I am sure it it more to it.

How would you interpret this answer?

Sorry to rain on your parade, I hope I am mistaken. But your 58UC comes from a place, the full 52. 52, the mountain, the pride, is over, all lines have changed. You are ready to accept whatever to escape the hierachy the current job oppresses you with. Will you get it? I don´t know. It looks like they will put on hold. But what do I know? I like dogs and have no time for cats..

I thought it was a positive outcome. More like “yes you will succeed if you are joyful, friendly and helpful”

Yes, very good auspice here, hard to argue with that. It looks like a natural easy open exchange, people who want to share with you. If I had this for an upcoming interview for example I might expect ease of communication, natural easy connection even banter. Both parties here are open to one another and when that happens communication spills the banks so to speak. Trigram Tui is youngest daughter, here doubled and if you ever saw 2 teenage girl friends the communication doesn't stop. It's like where laughter is infectious, sometimes darker moods too. There's no holding back here, things are flowing. 52 is the very opposite and it's not that.

You asked if you will get the job and I don't think I can answer that before you have applied but for sure there looks no reason not to apply and to apply in the fullness of yourself too. Being open to share things about yourself isn't a danger here. It can be an asset, for example...poor example but if someone loves tennis and they share that on their resume it's a time where that augments the connection and the flow between them and the employer. Employers after all want whole people they can relate to and work with not only people who can do the job.

I cannot say if you will get it but I can say do apply with joy and sharing. You sound pleased about the offer so let that pleasure move you here.

I trusted my instinct and this morning I applied and now I wait to see how it goes I will tell later on.
