Will I teach 45>16

I'm planning on teaching adults this year and wondering if I will teach in a particular area, as I have quite a few house sits there during 2024.

Will I teach classes in the K area this year 45.5<16
I feel this answer is a yes, I will gather people together, but Line 5 looks like there is trust issues of some sort. Not sure what that would be.

It all depends on you. If this is really the setting that will give you most pleasure while in K then go for it (16). Then you can carefully, proactively and calmly work your way through any obstacles and put in place a common sense plan to achieve your goals (45).

I wonder, do you deeply trust that you are ready to teach adults or whether you'll be committed enough to manifest this role for yourself?
