will my brother be arested or in jail, for an maintaince case by the court?

Yesterday the court 11-May-2011, the court has not taken any decission on the petition filed by my brother's wife.
On Nov 2 the court has given an judgement to pay Rs 6000/- as an maintance per month. My brother was not able to pay the same as it was a high amount. An amount of Rs 2000/- had been paid per month for 3 months instead of Rs 6000.
My brother's wife has marked an petition for an arrest of my brother for the remaining payment.
My brother has met an accident on 2 April 2011, with a rod replaced to his left leg, and is in bed rest till date.
Today 12 May 2011, the judge is going to take a decission on this.

I have asked the question and got the
Hexagram 31.1>49
( Hexagram 31, the bottom line yin changing to Yang Line, the transformed Hexagram is 49)

- I wish to know if my brother is going to be arrested/ kept in jail
- Will the judge will reduce the monthly payment,
- what are the consequences that are going to take place.

Hello,
Just noting that it is interesting Wilhelm translates 31.1 to say "the influence shows itself in the big toe" - perhaps this could be taken as a reference to the rod in your brother's leg and his being in bed. The question in my mind as far as interpreting, does this then mean he is judged to be unable to have an influence, unable to work and therefore not obligated to pay? Or would it mean that the injury is deemed to be of little significance and given no influence in the judges decision?
I would take encouragement from 49. REVOLUTION. "On your own day you are believed." That certainly sounds like his side of the story being believed. On the other hand, the IMAGE says, "The superior man sets the calendar in order and makes the seasons clear." Could that be the judge making a new due date for the support payments? Or does it mean the court date is changed all together? I hope you'll let us know how it goes.

Thank you for writing my request. I visited the court and saw the log book, but found nothing. The person says that the file is with the setno. May be by monday or tuesday I will know the status,and sure to inform you.

Do you find any jail or arrest of my brother in comming days with the hexagram. How do we come to conclusion, is it with the frist hexagram 31.1 or with the Hexagram 49, what does the changing line in 31.1 denote.

their are 3 cases-
- Divorce still pending
- Dowery voilence act
- Maintaince of the female

I have tossed if the female will get the maintance in her favour and got the following hexagram
- 30.3.5>25.

Could you please do explain me how to understand the hexagram ( relation, money, jail)

I'm not sure I understand you.
Are you saying that you do not know for certain if there was a court session but that it appears it has been postponed until next week?
If so, I think that is what 31.1 was saying, that is, that there was something brewing but it was not happening yet. 31.1 says the influence is not strong enough to have an effect.
49. says the superior man sets the calendar in order.
So the two combined suggest to me that nothing was happening yet as the calendar was being reorganized and your brother was given a new date.

You wondered if these hexagrams revealed anything about the judges ultimate decision concerning jail time. I don't think they do. If they did, I think it is a positive reading. I think it would be saying that the wife's accusations do not influence the judge. However, I think they strictly applied to what the judges decision would be TODAY and so i think the 31.1 no influence, no decision, reading simply meant the court date was postponed and nothing happened today.

I think it's best not to try to ask more than one question with each toss. That is, do a separate toss for the money issue and another toss for the jail time question. Furthermore, try to understand each answer before you do another toss for another question.

As to how the judge will decide for the ex-wife:
30.3 looking to all the things that didn't go as we hoped in the past.
30.5 Making new plans for the future.
25. Innocence.
I think the judge will try to find some way of forgiving the past and making plans that both can live with in the future. I think the judge will feel the ex-wife is not wrong - is Innocent - to want to have the money promised her, but i think he will also find that your brother is also innocent if he can show that he has made an effort to pay the alimony but has simply been unable to.

Thank you once again for replying me back. Yesterday I have visited the court and saw the log book. in it the judge has pronounced the orders " with that, the petition is allowed". This says that the judge has passed the orders for the arrest of my brother. The petition filled by my brother's wife is to arrest for the non payment of the requried amount for the orders passed by the judge on 2 Nov 2010.
I think the judgement copy will be shown on 1 June 2011. As this is the date of adjonment date for the other cased filed by her on dowery volience act.

My impression is, they may arrest my brother on 1 June 2011, as he is forced to attened the court, So it is still unclear for us what will take place.
Hope I am able to give some clarity to you. Can we see what will happen on 1 June 2011 with the hexagram 31.1>49

I am updating with resent happenings. My brother has not attened the cout on 2 June 2011, so the next adjoindment is on 10 June 2011, We had decided to pay a part of the money and the remaining part after sometime. My brother is not going to attened the court on 10 June , as he is still not in a position to walk and the arest warrent may take place. apart from this my brothers' wife is passing on vulguar coments,

I wish to know is it possiabe when will this maintance case will be over. I assume that it may still continue for 3 to 4 months.
