Will this person achieve something in politics or not? 13UC

I know someone and this year they started to become involved in politics(local, nothing major). They made some claims about themselves that from my information are not true and others are grossly exaggerated, about their former studies and occupation. They were not elected as anything, but they are still involved in a party and continue on this path.
I sometimes wondered if the people from the political party he belongs to either do not know what I mentioned higher, or they know and hide it or ignore it (smaller town, of about 35.000).
I spoke about this with a few close friends, that I do not believe this person deserves to have a career in this field. They told me that considering this person's past and character, I should not worry that they will get into a socially important position.
I asked Yi if they will achieve something in politics, and I got 13 UC.
It seemed to me, by reading the judgement and image that they will succeed?
What is your interpretation?

First thought when reading the Image was that it'll get sorted out in time, maybe? "A noble one sorts the clans and differentiates between beings." The truth will shake out, perhaps?

But it might also mean that's what it'll take, which doesn't give you a definite answer. Maybe there is none - maybe it's truly unknown, even to Yi. (The reading doesn't have a relating hexagram, so maybe Yi's indicating there's no firm place to stand in relation to an answer right now. Hilary describes it as sometimes unchanging readings have a question mark after them - maybe this is one of those.)

Or I could be off on the wrong track about that, and Yi's simply saying he'll create harmony, period. I don't know.

Because it's unchanging, no, they won't achieve prominence if that's what you mean. They won't be a leader. But because it's 'similar people together', and that's not changing either, I believe this person will continue being involved in politics for a long time to come.

So this person sounds like having all the 'qualities' of a standard politician

Will "X" will achieve something in politics"
13 UC. The judgment indicates success, the hex describes making connections and joining together with like minded people. But there are cautions as to motivations. There is an element of dividing people, and it cautions this has to really be for the common good.
I feel this is kind of saying it is possible. But we will have to wait and see how "X" handles the situation.
