Hi all...as the I Ching predicted things still have not been going well in my relationship: i seem to feel increasingly neglected, and feel that i have to put in so much effort for so little return...in the past month i have only seen my partner three times...the last time we arranged to meet he did not show up...so i have decided not to contact him...have not spoken to him on the phone since last week...i have finally decided that he should be the one to make contact...that will show if he really does care about me and that he needs to put more into the relationship if things are to continue...i feel i have been taken for granted...recently i spoke to a man online who seems to be interested in me...i only really got chatting online because i was getting so little attention from my partner...but this new man says that he wants to meet me...maybe just as friends...am not sure about this...am so confused...as ideally would like current relationship to work out...anyhow, i asked the I Ching..."would we get on well if we met"..the answer i received was hexagram 45 line 5 becoming 16...any thoughts on this?

Hex 45.5 be sincere in your desire to meet this man then all will go well but don't use him as a pawn, go meet him for the right reasons.

Hex 16 yes, you will get on well together, so be enthusiastic and then he will feel happy to be with you, be happy, be friendly, be nice. Go listen to some music that would be quite fitting or dancing ("to set armies marching"). Perhaps you could go on a date this coming weekend, it's looking good.

45.5 is a feeling of Group Fellowship. I think the I Ching is giving you a tip to meet your friend for the first time in a group situation - a public place - rather than having him come pick you up at your home.
