I think The Lasting part of the answer makes sense to me but I'd be very grateful for all help interpreting The Shame part of the answer... Please? I think the idea behind the question was looking for my way to be with the feelings I have (that I'm connected to but confussed by?) A kind of joy (The Enthusiasm in the answer?) that I've almost restrained (or fear) and a weight in my chest that feels stuck - a tie to my ex...
