Confused. 42.5 to 27, 13.3.4 to 42, 31.4.5 to 15

Hi. Recently I've "met" again online someone I got to know earlier last year. Things did not work out and I let go and moved on. Now that he is "back" in my life, I was wondering what's up with this, if is this for a relationship, also I'd like to communicate more with this person to figure things out, and asked the following questions and got the following answers from Yi.

I am still learning and have read so many interpretations, but I have a really hard time figuring out the meanings. Any input is appreciated.

"What can I do to help me and X to communicate better?" and Yi's answer, 42.5 to 27

"What kind of relationship could me and X create here? What’s the potential?" and Yi's answer, 13.3.4 to 42.

"What do I need to understand about X?" and Yi's answer, 31.4.5 to 15.

He is unstable with lots of friends, about who he doesn't care deeply. A mild person.
