Helping Children with PTSD 3.1>8

I've applied for a job at a Nature school that requires the Child carer to understand children who have PTSD. As a PTSD sufferer obviously I have a deep understanding of how a child might be feeling and be as a person.

What do I need to know about being offered a job at this Nature school Hex 3.1>8
If Line 1 is about the children needing help to overcome obstacles from the initial start in life then this reading looks positive for getting a job there but if it's about me needing help myself then I'm not sure what that would be, at this point.

I then asked - How worthwhile would it be for me to pursue the idea of working with PTSD diagnosed children
Hexagram 53.5>52
Line 5 - Progress is slow but in the end I will be able to help them

Hilary's translation and commentary from wikiwing

'Encircled by stones.
Harvest in staying put with constancy,
Harvest in setting up feudal lords.'

'Encircled' or 'turning in circles'. Maybe the sense of going round and round, never getting anywhere. When you're frustrated and hemmed in, stop banging your head against a stone wall, settle down and be true to where you are now. Set up feudal lords - find ways to expand your scope (awareness, information, communication...) beyond the walls.

That could well be advice to stay where you are and 'settle in' and allow yourself to grow into the place you are rather than go for another new place where you will be - if that makes sense.

But how you interpret this will depend in the circumstances. Is the job close to where you are ? If taking this job means relocating I'm not sure this answer is advising that.

I find this very much like Hilary's commentary - settle down take time, don't rush on to new horizons all the time, be where you are

I wouldn't really have to relocate except yes it would be a new workplace. I'm doing everything I can to stay where I am and settle in, including my present toxic workplace. I'm trying to look for ways that would benefit me to stay there and not feel 'threatened' mentally and emotionally. I hate the thought of 'starting again' in any way to be honest.

Could this line be saying that in order to be offered a job at this facility you would need help - like a friend who would give you a strong recommendation?

It could be too except I don't have anyone like that - not that my friends wouldn't help me but I doubt if they'd have any influence in this situation.
It was my thoughts too re needing some help but unless the school asks for something specific I don't know what that could be....

I've let go of the toxic job I had as well and settling into learning to become a Kids Yoga Teacher and Aruyvedic Transformation Coach - for the most part it's online except for a 3 day workshop interstate at the end of September.
So no need to move or rush anywhere and just be where I am. Happy days!!
