How can I understand he's THAT ONE 25.2.3 < 1

Hi there It's my first time as a member of this incredible community, and I'm really inspired by this place
So, after some readings about many situations and changes in lines, I think I'm a bit closer to my understanding of iching. So could you, please, tell me, if I'm wrong or right?
I asked iching "How can I understand if this guy (i mean some FUTURE guy) is my true love? And got 25.2.3 > 1
First, should I pay attention to hexagramms? I mean, is he sincere and with kinda creative, man vibe?

25.2 Not plowing to reap, not preparing to maintain the field. It is fruitful to proceed probing.
All my thoughts are "he's hard-working guy"

25.3 The disaster of innocence. Someone binds his cow, road-people's gain, town people's disaster.
Maybe he's a wanderer, traveller or a hermit?
Any thoughts?

The Chinese name for H25, Wu Wang, means both 'without guile' but also 'without expectation'.
H1 is the dynamic, the creative.
In both H25 and H1, nothing is fixed yet, everything is under development. You could see H1 in this case as a brainstorm session where the ideas shoot in all directions and H25 is as previously indicated without expectation. All possibilities are still open, as it were.
The text of the Image of H25 says that the ancient kings act in harmony with the seasons. In other words everything at its proper time.

So you may wonder if the Yi is really giving you an answer to your question here or saying "just wait and see, when the time comes you will know by yourself, but you need to do some work yourself first".

Trigram Thunder as the lower trigram in H25, generates Heaven through the moving yin lines at the 2nd and 3rd positions.
This is about wanting changes, wanting things to be different while being too passive (2x moving yin line). Heaven advises taking charge, coming up with ideas.
The combination Thunder - Heaven asks you to consider what you expect from a future partner. What qualities and characteristics do you think he should have.
You only know if you have met Prince Charming when you know beforehand what you think Prince Charming should "look"/be like.

The text of the 2nd line says:

This text shows that preparation is important. Knowing in advance what you expect from someone makes that the moment you meet someone you know he is 'the One'.

Innocence (not being prepared, not knowing what kind of person you are looking for) gives a bad outcome.

What stands out in the answer is that trigram Heaven appears 3 times. This is also the trigram of reason, the rational. To a question that is about the future love of your life, you would expect to see trigram Fire (relationships, passion, the heart) or Water (emotions) as well.
This raises the question of whether you are taking a far too rational approach to the whole subject of knowing whether someone is the one.

As I see it, the Yi does not answer your question directly, but gives the advice to first determine for yourself what you are looking for in a future partner. Only then will you know when you meet someone whether he is really the One.

This would be my interpretation. As always, take what resonates and leave the rest

Suppose you find it important that someone can listen well and supports you in the things you do and you meet someone who is good-looking but otherwise is only concerned with himself, that seems to me is not The One for you.
It's these kinds of (small) things that you need to know for yourself in what you find important in a partner.

To gain an understanding whether any guy in the future is your true love you need to swim in the energies that he emits. This will not come from cognitive understanding but from a deep feeling that you will experience in and wrapped around you, that can be likened to an inspiration that you need to give yourself to. (1)

25 tells you more about how you should trust what you feel on the inside rather than take notice of any glossy, shallow, un-truths or stories that are told to you in the outside world. Deflect or be very discerning about what comes from the outside, from the guy or from others and trust what you feel deep inside.
You will most likely only slowly develop this understanding enough to establish your truth about this person, so do not rush forward into the relationship on any superficial based pretext.

It calls for you to not put the cart before the horse, or count you chickens before they hatch. Bring to the relationship the qualities you want to receive from it. If all you are looking for is a pot of gold then that is all you will receive. Just make sure you have adequately defined what your pot of gold is. Don't work too hard to dig up the pot as the true gold will come to you in time. Understand that, when you meet the right man, if you can relax into the relationship like you can a warm bath then you are on the right road.

Both of which will be reflected into your outer world and into your ability to spot Mr Right.

Your thought definitely helped me to open my eyes on these lines. That's further away from my first thoughts, and I'm glad I've posted it here
By the way, I was wondering, how would you (i meam all members) feel about my idea of "That guy". Cause it seems so controversial to me: if there is at all That guy, or it's not a question of destiny? What do you think? And what does Iching think?

Another angle, for what it's worth... 25 is about not getting tangled in things. 1 can be the immutable laws of nature, what makes a tree a tree and not an antelope, that sort of thing. So - 25 not trying to exert control, letting 1 be 1.

25.2 says "Not plowing to reap, not preparing to maintain the field." It can mean - am paraphrasing Hilary here - not doing unnecessary work, or building on work already done.

In 25.3, tethering a cow does not end well for the one who tethered it.

To me this sounds like not trying to pin it all down ahead of time, and that you will recognize the possible "hims" and "not hims" as you go. Or, at most, having some very general, loose criteria, learn from your dating experiences, that sort of thing.
