I asked how can I visualize clearly my ideal career- Hexagram 30 unchanging

Lately I have been feeling stuck and tired in my current work. I want to change jobs sometime in the future but I have difficulty visualizing what career should I pursue. I asked the iching and it gave me hexagram 30 unchanging. Anyone can give me insight?

So while we may not know our path on any one particular day but over time we come to recognize our pattern, we come to know ourselves, and what our true work is.
An example of what I'm trying to articulate here could be the experience of finding that no matter what job you take you always end up doing the same thing, like being the one everyone confides in - so as the days and jobs add up you come to recognize your pattern and realize you should go into counseling. So as Liselle suggests, consider that you are on your work already and see what that idea brings into focus.
