Inheritance 10>60

I'm due to get an Inheritance very soon but it's not a enough to buy a house or even close to it and I'm not in a position to get a loan/mortgage.
I've been racking my brain for months trying to work out what I CAN do with it that can possibly make me a profit within about 5 years time.
I've found a few blocks of land I could buy (one of them ) so that at least it's invested in real estate and potentially could bring me a profit.

What is the potential I will invest some of my inheritance in a block of land this year

Line 6 - The blessing from the ancestors I'm guessing is the inheritance and coming full circle is finally being able to own property again. When I bought with my exhusband years ago I never, ever rushed into it and I hope I'm still the same now.

This is a hugely cautious cast I think. There's great trepidation in line 4, something that feels very dangerous but you just about get away with it. Line 6 is very much 'if it looks okay you are okay' it's a bit like saying 'well you got this far and you haven't been eaten so you decide'. I also think it can be a kind of tongue in cheek answer as can 10.4. Dare I ? Dare I ? Yi says 'ooooh are you going to make it (10.4) and 'well you're still alive and kicking'.


60 well I think that must be the limits you describe of having money but not quite enough to buy property.


I notice the change patterns yang 35 this question came about through improvement and progress, yin 5, waiting. The yin pattern is often the way through. I don't think you are going to be rushing headlong into any decisions. I agree with your take on it

I think as I said there is a kind of tongue in cheek sense here in that despite the trepidation it will be okay, the tiger isn't biting you, there is opportunity in the situation and you may need to give it a bit more time before committing but I don't get any sense of danger or loss from the cast. That is it might feel very dangerous but it's more a case of holding your nerve for the right moment to invest.

I’m probably pretty nervous about it being the best thing to do with the money so could be that’s the trepidation for sure.
The money hasn’t come through yet and could be a couple of months but I’m trying to find something to get excited about.
Part of the money will be spent on a motor home as I can’t see the point of renting somewhere that leaves me with less than $100AU to live on per week.
