Hello, i have doubts about hex 52.9>15 expressing the anwer to : what can i expect from a workmate of mine as the outcome of new attitudes?

It would be obviously negative , meaning there is nothing to expect, if i had not also got :

her position towards me - hex 45 unchanged
diagnosis of the situation- hex 43.2>49
how to bevahe at this point - 19.1>7
how recent issues could have affected her? 61.9.6>37

So, can hex 52.9 >15 mean in this case that i should give up asking such a question as it goes beyond the present ?

I see 52.6 > 15 as a very good answer regarding a change of attitude as it speaks of peace and harmony as well as modesty and moderation, a person who is emotionally in control of herself. So it appears that your workmate does not want any trouble and will not make any trouble either, she just wants to do her job in peace and quiet, with no more dramas.

I hope I have understood what you are talking about?

Yes, Willowfox, and thank you very much :) Just one more thought: does doing her job and not wanting trouble also mean that she is still a friend or just a peaceful worker?

If she does not want to cause any problems or have any problems then I would imagine she will be quite friendly toward you given the chance.

Well, what do you call someone who works at dispersing obstacles between you for the sake of rightness and who conducts herself modestly in relation to you? Does that sound like a friend? Or just a peaceful worker? And does it matter?

Would make me feel happy , if none of the possible work benefits were involved in this situation . Cooperation and friendlieness at work is a great achievement, should probably be of little importance if she is just a friendly worker or a friend. But it is to me.
So, my answer to if it matters to me is something to take it from there, i believe, and thank you for that hint.

:) To tell you the truth , the trouble with interpreting 52.6>15 started with my question , prior to the mentioned above, whether or not she was still my friend , to which i got 13.3>25 . It talks about great mistrust and departure from fellowship. It sounded as if the previous innocense (hex 25) , meaning friendship, was gone. (I did not share this answer with you and tried to desregard it as it was a yes/no question.) It made me tend to read the hex 52.6 as being an indication that she gave it up solving the problem, and decided to adopt a pacific correctness. Thats why i got confused :)

I tend to see 52.6 as including a strong degree of supreme indifference, neither liking nor disliking . In 52 I don't think one is especially concerned with other people. It says something like 'he goes into courtyard, does not see his people' . I imagine this as acknowledging people while not really letting them impinge on ones consciousness in anyway.

I share your view on that , Trojan, thanks a lot. Hex 52 gives me the impression of going inside of oneself in search of peace of mind, balance.I don't feel one is intermingling , tough i may be wrong.
So , while i was trying to find some kind of common ground for all the answers obtained , i.e. 52.6>15 and the other anwers (especially hex 45), a strange phrase started hovering my mind constanly , without my knowing its meanig : STAY PUT. I have just looked it up, and found :stay calm, postpone, check, delay, halt.
What i get from this (feels like the essence, a summary) ,is that there is some kind of suspension of deeper involvement in order to check ones values regarding the situation,(from both sides, probably), to make the general positive and gragarian direction more truthful.

Agree? :) Thnxs :))

yes i think so. You heard the 'stay put' for you, meaning you stay put ? Sounds then that although you asked about the colleague the advice of 52.6 does not describe them but advice for you. I most often find this is the way, and if you heard 'stay put' then if i were you i would trust that.

Hmmm, sth like "Let's stay put" and see what comes out of this situation, after interiorizing, although at fist sight it looks ammicable. Anyway,I trust that & that's what i am doing , can't see any other way right now. Sensitive waiting :)

It's been so good to talk to you, helped a lot. Have a nice day :)
