The 20th anniversary of the Battle Network series of the Mega Man franchise will commence this coming Sunday. However, Protodude says that we should not expect much that day as the anniversary goes for an entire year. When Mega Man 11 was released back in 2018, Capcom roped in the Mega Man from the subseries to join in celebrating the 30th anniversary of the original anniversary as it has been doing since its inception. Also, X had its own anniversary logo, which Protodude does not rule out with the coming Battle Network anniversary.

Protodude says that throughout the rest of the year, we will expect merchandise of the series. He doesn't see a legacy collection for now, mainly due to COVID, but Capcom will announce it on their terms and unexpectedly. My intuition tells me the fans will get excited in April, maybe when Capcom announces the legacy collection. The legacy collection will come out next February and becomes a hit, i.e., selling at least a million units.

How has COVID affected Capcom? 45 uc Gathering/Massing/Collecting Together.
Is it saying that Capcom has kept its reputation and will plan for disasters?

How excited are Battle Network fans? 8.6 Seeking Union/Holding Together/Coordination to 20 Seeing/Contemplation/View/Looking At/Examination.
8.6=It's not a good situation where the fans themselves would not work independently.
Is it saying that the fans are working together (8) to see what is going on in Capcom (20)?

What will happen through the rest of 2020 to early 2021 regarding Battle Network? 23.4 Stripping Away/Splitting Apart/Falling/Decay/Overthrow to 35 Advancing/Progress.
23.4=There will be frustration where the fans do get what they want.
Is it saying that Capcom is distancing themselves from the fans (23) but will come out with promoting the series (35)?
