I have 3 questions for interpretation.

I agree with your thoughts on the 1st and 2nd readings, but 3rd I see as
stillness/limitation for 3 years will change his/yours mind and then something else will happen naturally without effort.

Do you mean that 3 years is 3 years time? This is too late. I asked about his action. 53.5 doesn't seem auspicious about us?

All of the answers are saying keep still, forget, stay away.
Don't pursue him, the path is blocked, he won't do anything for a long time (.5 says 3 years not 3 days, so it is a long time indeed, also 3 symbolizes the whole cycle/change).

Considering other readings I don't think there is much hope here.

It seems a good answer. 50 seems auspicious. But maybe I have to stop any action and what about 1.5?

Maybe you will be together again, but not now. After some time passes, or even in next life, between lives you are always connected in spiritual realm.

1.5 → 14 (Great Possession), Richmond:
Dragons flying in the heaven.
It is an advantage to see the great man.

44.5 → 50 (Containing), Legge:
(Shows its subject as) a medlar tree overspreading the gourd (beneath it).
If he keep his brilliant qualities concealed, (a good issue) will descend (as) from Heaven.
Both lines mention Heaven, and 44.5 suggests passive action , as does 1.5 if taken together with 1.1 .

50 End of the road (opposing is 3 - start), again suggesting some transformed way of union (much later or in spirit form ?).

this all sounds like 53.5 , natural thing(another man?) cannot be prevented (in the end) but for 3 years you can't do anything about it.

Thank you Astheroid, with my exfiance were together 7 years. I feel that he is my soulmate. Your interpretation with spiritual energy it seems that confirms my belief. I was waiting a lot of time for our wedding and so why I was obsessed with it (53.5?). My mistake. Wish the time is not getting so long (3 years). Hope to be together soon.

I've remembered that my sister has reconnected with her high-school sweetheart after 16 years.
I think they broke up in '99 when she was only 16.
She met a couple of guys and even married one of them, but the divorce happened in less than a year time.
And last year she started dating her first loved one. Who knows ..

Life is full of Suprises indeed!

A couple of friends of mine were together at high school (she was the student he was her teacher haha) they were together till they broke up when she went at the university.. Well, after 10 years time they met again (she was his teacher and he was the student!) and they married! They are still together full of love (20 years)!
