You aren't limited to one source because numerous versions and adaptations of the I Ching are freely available on the Internet. The basic text of Wilhelm is available and is a standard.
The most important aspect of a situation (IMO) is the soul of the querent (the person asking the question), and this aspect is almost always overlooked.
I'm not sure what your question is, but maybe it is one of these:
Should my friend move back to England to live with her grandmother?
Will my friend's move help her find greater fulfilment in life?
Is this the best life move for her at the moment?
Can you explain my friend's inner motives to me?

The Judgement of 33:
Retreat. Success.
In what is small, perseverance furthers.
I understand this "Retreat" to be the withdrawal from active life by a pregnant woman to protect the developing child.
This is a withdrawal to protect life. It may be that there are aspects of life -- culture and family -- that your friend could nourish in England that she cannot nourish here.
