Hi all,

would like to share some reading and give feedback.

I applied online for something and waited for a registration pack to sign some papers and return then before the deadline date. The papers i expected didn't arrive at the time they said so I had to ask them again. Close to the expire date the second order hadn't arrive either so I asked them to sent them to me electronically and they did and also extended the deadline because the delay was cause due to their system. The next day I send them back after checking that the mail service I was going to use could deliver the envelope before the expire date. Failing to send the signed papers on time meant that next time I could do that would be in a year.

To my surprise, checking my status online, I saw that my order was canceled According to the typical deadline the message was correct but based on the extension they shouldn't have cancel it.

While I was waiting to talk with the customer service, I asked Yi "what happened" and got 63.1>39

He may indeed not remain altogether untouched by the disastrous consequences
of the general pressure, but he is hit only from behind like a fox that, having
crossed the water, at the last minute gets its tail wet. He will not suffer any
real harm, because his behavior has been correct.

that reading describe pretty accurate the whole process. More than once there where the "At the beginning good fortune. At the end disorder" incidence. and I was checking every step closely
Takes thought of misfortune
And arms himself against it in advance.

Tracking my mail online, and double checking it , appeared that there was an unexpected delay and they could not guarantee that it would be delivered on time. Yikes !!! 39 !!!

Fortunately the original papers arrived the day before so i had in hand an extra copy. I still had the electronic files but I had only 15 min. to order UPS for an express service so its good I had them.
After UPS pick up the envelope, i asked again "what now?" 24.2>19

Return always calls for a decision and is an act of self-mastery. It is made
easier if a man is in good company. If he can bring himself to put aside pride
and follow the example of good men, good fortune results.

The first envelope hasn't arrive yet , the second one has already delivered. So i gather the "good company" here is the courier company. Hex 19 is also about timing and I'm glad although frustrated from the first company didn't lose time on complaining etc and planned my alternative solution as 39 indicates.
