A choice between two worlds (people)

I have found myself in a situation where I am at a crossroad concerning to people (women). I would like to know with who I am most compatible with, and with who I can trust the most.

What if I choose D:

My interprations:
1.1.2.5 > 56 = One gives up their place to help others find their friends.

1.1 - Inexperience - One is still too weak to take decisive action.
1.2 - One has a strong potential and educates oneself.
1.5 - One has understood the needs of their times.

I can't see if 1.1 is refering to me, or to D. I do know 1.2.5 both refer "seeing a great man". Which could refer to D.
56 Could refer to me being in a situation where I can't choose, plus, D lives VERY far away, so that would make sense for 56.


52 = Stillness/Standstill... Maybe iching telling me to stop and standstill?
8.2 - One commits oneself to help one's friends repairing their damage before others notice.
2 - When one encounters too great difficulties, they leave them to those who know how to handle them.
29 - Depth

I know 8 is inherently positive for relationships. However I can't see if iching is talking to me about "holding things together", or "keeping myself together" while asking these questions, or, it's talking about L who is very attached to me and is going through a tough period of repairing due to high demands from her job. So she could be leaning on to me for support, and I have supported her.

27 = Nourishment, a source of nourishment.

56.6 > 62 = It is imprudent to accept without discussion.
56.6 - When one goes too far, others withdraw, and one breaks something.

Either Iching is telling me stop asking questions and just choose her, or, also with L, she lives very far too... maybe if I were to see her something would break? I know 62 refers to attention detail/exit. I can't put my finger on this one.

If anybody would like to tell me how I did, I would appreciate it. I hope I did my lines correct to. But unfortunately I am too inexperienced to extract an answer from these questions to determine an answer. I am not sure either if I asked the right questions for a specific situation such as this. It seems you are asking that we interpret about eight different hexagrams along with about as many lines? Sorry, but in that case, I suggest you flip a coin or consult the Magic 8 Ball.

Famugu I would hesitate to interpret which person to choose- doesn't really seem the best way to choose.


But also your post is very hard to read because it is one lump of text. It isn't your fault but a forum bug affecting newbies however this is the way around it that you might like to try.

The workaround for anything that 'hangs', ie show you a spinny 'working' icon but never works, is to right-click it and choose 'open in new tab'.

Thank you Trojina! I will look in to this. I was wondering why the text got so mangled up. And coming back to what you were saying, I agree, and was totally reluctant to do this, but loving two people at the same time is neither a good thing to do. I never found myself in this situation, hence why I came here for help. Obviously I myself am to blame, but circumstances really made this situation particular. And curiosity got the best of me.Thank you Freeda, where and how do you see "D" as "the one"? You don't have to interpret everything, i'm looking for that one line or "aha moment" that over rides everything.

Thank you Freeda, where and how do you see "D" as "the one"? You don't have to interpret everything, i'm looking for that one line or "aha moment" that over rides everything.

First, the 'D' is my first initial, not the answer to your question - though if you had an 'aha moment' with it, maybe it is your answer!

Second - and I don't say this to be mean - it is very difficult from my end to get a sense of a good direction for you when you ask 5 question, involving 8 hexagrams, and 5 moving lines! (Of course, other's might make better sense of it.)

In the end it's you who has to have the 'aha moment,' not me, and I'd venture that if nothing is popping out at you that it could be that either you've asked too many questions (and the answer is muddled), or are not asking the right questions, or are not really paying attention to the answers.

My advice is, how about trying something like: "give me relationship advice that I need to hear right now" or something similar. And stick with one response and explore it, and see if it leads to any 'aha moments' for you.
