Accepting a new contract - more hexagrams

I have asked to Yi if I must accept a new contract that I have shortly to sign with a company. They are constantly changing my fee and the duration of the contract itself so I feel resenty about them.

Unfortunately I made two time this question cause I’m not sure about the first throw’s results, and this is what I got:

First throw: or hexagram 11.2 > 36 or the hexagram 5.2.5> 36. I noticed just in a second time that the results are for both hexagrams 36 and this perplexed me a bit. However with the first hexagrams Yi seems to suggest to search an accommodation, with second one he seems to say “wait and see”. Or this is what I realized.

Second throw: hexagram 28.4.6>57
Here Yi seems to say that I can try to solve the problem (line two “ridgepole is braced”), but if the situation change I can only go through it (line six: “One must go through the water”).

What do you think about this throws? All the suggestions are good!

This may come too late to help you about the contract, however getting the same resultant hexagram attracted my attention. So here goes.....

Your question in the header is about accepting the contract and in the text whether you must accept the contract and you speak of your resentment about the way they treat you.
