An investigation? 10>1

Recently I finally found a way to pass on information to the Hierarchy of our organisation about the toxicity going on in my workplace towards staff and the children in our care and wonder if they'll do anything with this information to better the centre.

What do I need to know about the information prompting an investigation

Hexagram 10.3>1 - Hilary's
Line 3
'With one eye, can see.
Lame, can walk.
Treads on the tiger's tail:
It bites him. Pitfall.
Soldier acting as a great leader.'

Breaking line 3 down for this situation.
The boss is very 'one-eyed' not that great at her job (lame) but can get away with the lack of because no-one questions her (well no-one that can make her do better or sack her)
She definitely tread on my 'tail' and finally find a way to report her may well be the Pitfall.
I've definitely 'Soldiered on' as best I could in this job and have taken the lead in trying to get the best for the staff and children by reporting.

If this at all represents me getting bitten, I don't see how to be honest, because I'd been getting little to no work there anyway so it won't be much of a loss if I never work there again.

What do I need to know about this matter just being swept under the carpet?

Although the previous answer looks (to me) they'll investigate this reading looks like they won't deem it as a priority in doing anything about it.

What do I need to know about my quest to push this person out of their job
Hex 38.1>64

I think this just says I've done all I can, time to let it go and just see what happens.

I see 10.3 as saying you are the one-eyed lame one here, not having any power you challenge the tiger, the system, and it doesn’t like that and your actions may come back and bite you. Still, as you say, you felt you were doing what had to be done.

54. Looks like there is a certain protocol that is followed, perhaps your complaint is written up and filed away, but unchanging makes me think no action comes from it.

38.1 You have done what you had to do to maintain your integrity and you don’t need to chase this horse further.

All together this reads to me as if to say the higher ups don’t want to have to oust the director and go through the hassle of finding a new one so you’ve rocked the boat a bit but most likely nothing significant comes of it.

In this thread the problem is you say that the boss is 'passive aggressive' but that's a personal perception it's not some particular act he did that they can prove or go back to examine. I didn't think you should bother filling in that survey and I wouldn't think you need to pass on information now unless there is some actual verifiable deed you can point to where he has breached his contract or something ?

The problem with the word 'toxicity' is it can generally be used to mean just about anything one doesn't approve of, it's label that doesn't reveal very much.

Saying your work place is toxic could mean anything, it's too vague and I don't think they would take any notice of it at all unless you have specific facts that breach all the codes of conduct or break rules you know exist.

Without actual facts there is no point contacting them. Remember you don't matter to them, you hardly even worked there, you don't work there now so it would have to be very factual information you want to report otherwise I think accusations of being 'passive aggressive' and 'toxic' just won't mean anything to them. Moreover 10.3 looks like you hurt yourself in doing this, or they retaliate in some way.

Do you have factual evidence ?

Thanks Rosada and Trojina - sounds about right to be honest. When someone's been in their role that long and nothing's been done about it before now why would they bother.

54 might also mean just that they wouldn't see your report as a priority. Not sweeping it under the rug exactly, no big conspiracy, just that they wouldn't think it's as important as you do.
