Hi all, I asked "will I find a new love soon?" I received hex 36.2 to hex 11. Hexagram 36.2 is more like describing the difficult time I've been through since my breakup. I am not 100% sure though. Now the question is how to relate the answer to my question. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks Star
Have you learned anything from this experience about turning handicaps into strengths?
(as in: what does not destroy me makes me stronger?). Maybe something as simple as knowing what you don't want, or having a better idea of who you are?
I think this was a story about an historical figure whose wound forced him to look around for another way and he found a solution that brought him out ahead of where he would have been without the injury.
Will I find a love soon? 36.2>11
36.2: You got hurt in your left leg. You walk with difficulty. With a strong horse, you could get out of this difficulty.
What is the strong horse?
According to Wang-Bi, an ancient Chinese young gifted scholar, with the injury you have been through, you become brighter and clever. When you move forward, you do not go with those who are different from you. When you retreat, you know the place which is safe. You look confident. No more doubt and fear.
After this, you will find a love and then go to Hex 11, which is the most auspicious one when it comes to relationship.
It takes time.

Castaneda introduced us to an idea called "using all the event," as opposed to just the parts we want to look at. We also use what denial would have us turn away from. This use of the hidden side of things is a main theme of Gua 36. And of course having the two sides of the issue working together is a main theme of Gua 11.
