Hi everyone,
I would appreciate your help for my last reading.
"what will happen if I send my cv and portfolio to M.?". The answer is 48 unchanging.

I am relucant to give up on my private practice but since I don't have the ressources to continue, I need to get a job and this one possibly fits me in terms of the experience needed and I am optimist about the answer.

48 is a source of nourishment. Does it mean it is available to get immediately nourished, that I will get the job? or there are other steps I must go through before I could reach it (the rope, the bucket and the tiles).
I really hope it is not another offer where I must be pretentious and boast about my capabilities to get the job.

Thank you for your valuable insights.

48 The Well

If you send your cv and portfolio then you will be revitalising how you are communicating and negotiating with the big wide world. Additionally you are sending an important message to yourself at the same time. The normal traps that enforce any disconnection from self - the broken pitcher, the short rope and the muddy, murky silt at the bottom of the well - are no longer holding their habitual sway.

Whatever the outcome just sending these documents will provide encouragement for you and improve a long lost sense of achieving a common good, The sending represents the opening of opportunities for, if not working with others, then at least displaying your capabilities.

Recognise, when the Well is clear and connected there is a very clear flow and natural demarcation between expressing an honest appraisal of your true worth and being pretentious and boastful about your capabilities.

It is important to remember that 48 is deeply guided by 38 'Diversity' where the direction for best resolution on any difference or discord ( within self or with others) requires focusing on finding common ground on the things that really matter in your negotiations with life and at the same time withholding your judgment on the matters that are really, in the grand scheme of things, insignificant.

... or there may be other interpretations that answer you question more clearly for you.

Good Luck

Wow My key!

If there is a hex that I am perplexed about it is this one, now I know why.

I don't understand, do you mean that the connection to the Self/ common source discriminates between truth and illusion, good and evil?

Hi Commetta
Thanks for the wow.
Wow My key!

The water in the Well runs deep and is there for the benefit of all.

You held a fear or concern about having to 'perform' at any potential interview in ways, i.e. being pompous or having to boast, that feel alien to you. Interviews are not really about performance, they are more about honest, humble selling. Seeing the true worth in yourself and the fit of your capabilities to the position on offer, then selling it all truthfully and unashamedly to the interviewers. That demonstrates clear flow.

Cloaking yourself inauthentically in pomp and boast is offering the interviewers a performing seal rather than a thoroughbred racehorse; which you normally keep safely tucked away up your sleeve. The unhealthy thing (evil thing?) coming out of this is that if they hire you wearing the performing seal costume then you end up playing that role and wearing that costume for the whole of your tenure of the job in order to maintain the illusion created in the interview. Anything else and the illusion of fit with the job is shattered. Disappointing the employers, even though they may have preferred taking on the thoroughbred racehorse given half a chance.

There is no common good in that.

Good Luck

True. Different profiles for different roles.
I just go by 'less is more'. I expect to meet with the most subtile. My mistake, or not!

Thanks for your wishes
