As to why you did not receive the grant, it says something about a term, perhaps a short period of time. My guess would be -- did you apply to close to a deadline?
As far as enemies -- no. I think It says you have a talent, and it is worth to pursue it, and you are among friends.
60.5 - 19 Were there indications given which you did not follow? Were you too creative? Did you wish to apply too many changes? This is the first thing that comes up in my mind. I come across this problem a lot as well when doing translations. Clients often just want the mediocre stuff and don't want you to change their texts for the better even if the original content is terribly written!
