21 is about getting to grips with things, chewing through, getting to the truth and the essence. 15's about balance, integrity, and realism. You want to do 21 in a 15 way.

(The balance part comes from the Image:

'In the centre of the earth there is a mountain. Integrity.
A noble one reduces what is too much and increases what is diminished.
Weighing things up to even out their distribution.'
)

If I were you based on this reading, I think I'd ask, but not for too much. The request has to be reasonable and truthful. Maybe be able to show that, even if the person doesn't ask to see the evidence.

That's mostly from lines 3 and 4. You might be ashamed, but it's "not a mistake" (21.3). 21.4 says you get something that "bears fruit."

Do you know what line 1's about? Do your circumstances stop you from doing something? Like, "If I had x, I could do this-or-that to help myself"? (I'm getting that from line 1 combined with the metal arrow in line 4. An arrow is a weapon and a tool, a means of doing useful, practical things like catching more game. I suspect anyone who's asked for help would like to hear something like this.)

Line 6 is puzzling. I don't know. A cangue was a punishment device in ancient China, fastened around the neck. It says ears disappearing is pitfall. Make sure to listen carefully to whatever the person says to you, of course, that's probably obvious.

By any chance might he or she think you didn't listen sometime in the past? Or that you let things get too bad before taking steps to fix it, so now it's worse than it would have had to be?

Also...sometimes in readings with lots of moving lines, I've had it be helpful to look at the lines that aren't moving. (This is just my experience, not a fact, and other people may not agree.) They often seem quite pertinent. But since Yi made a point of not giving them to you, try reading them as what not to do.

In this one:
21.2: 'Biting into meat so your nose disappears. Not a mistake.'
21.5: 'Biting through dried meat, Gaining golden metal. Constancy means danger, Not a mistake.'

Seems like a nice counterpoint to the advice in the other lines. Don't ask for too much, basically. Yi said metal arrow, not gold.

Good luck, Avatorotava. :) (I just noticed your username's a palindrome... clever...)

One way to look at this consultation is to see it as Yi advising you to confront the problem head on while holding all around you in your own cloud of authenticity. There is no place for any illusions should you ask for help from this person.

Yi advocates in 21 that your best way forward is be very clear about what you are looking to achieve and then to not overstep any boundaries; either yours or theirs. Beware of agreeing to something in return that does not resonate fully with you.

Multiple changing lines can be a confusion. It can help to think of them each line applying to a different part of yourself or a different aspect of the situation.

21.1 speaks to a place which has yet to become clear. It confirms that you are currently locked into this situation exactly as you see it. Nothing different is arising on the horizon.

21.3 speaks to a place in you that plants the seeds of change that will ooze out through and around the space you occupy now. You are not currently feeling at all emotionally stable. This line speaks to feeling emotionally distressed and questions in this space how you may arrive at a place of emotional safety to rectify matters. You have many challenges to face. Walk on the ground you know to be safest.

21.4 speaks to the arrival in your outer world. It confirms that you have an arduous time ahead, however you are boosted by a bronze arrow, thus ensuring that you eventually make the right choices and decisions that will lead you to walking on the right road.

21.6 points to the end of the road and the wisdom that may come from the path you have walked. It indicates in this line that someone has not learnt from past experience, has not listened (to their authentic self?) and seems intent in trapping themselves through repeating old habits and behaviours. Einstein once said something like ' Doing the same things as you have done before and expecting a different outcome is the definition of insanity'.

.. of course your interpretation may be something completely different to this.

Good Luck
