Hello everyone,

I've been considering the possibility of buying a flat. Currently I live in a rented flat, and I'm afraid I'm going to get a heavy rent increase in a near future. So I saw this tiny apartment for sale, 30 km away from the city where I work and I've always lived. It would be a big change of life if I went to live there, but it's very cheap (because it's very tiny) and maybe I could afford to buy it as an investment for the future. But what also worries me is that the flat could have some serious faults, and end up having to spend a fortune on it. So I asked the i ching a general question (perhaps too general) which was: what do I need to know about this flat before deciding whether to buy it or not? And got Hex. 61.5.6 >19

Although line 5 seemed quite encouraging, line 6 seems to be the opposite. It speaks of trusting my own instincts and not act until I have all the facts. But some aspects of line &, like "Mere words cannot be relied upon." make me think of a dishonest estate agent, a charlatan (we have a few in Spain).
So not really sure what to think... any thought or idea would be appreciated.

Thanks a lot :)
