More on this...

If the horse won, how would you explain the resulting hexagram 41, Decrease? Would you say it was a reverse logic - like, in order to achieve a great power of 14, Commander will pass through 3 and 4 of the same hexagram, all this from decreased power..or am I missing the point of hexagram 41?

It probably indicates that the horse will lose in its next race.

I just got this reading so I wanted to check out this horse. Eventually the horse does lose it's undefeated status but still has a great record.

THE EUROPEAN VIEW
~ By Klaus Koch
Commander Crowe -
28 November 2008 · The Harness Edge
Through all times horses who stay undefeated from their first career race and a long time forward or
are victorious in a long consecutive series of races are much admired...
In Sweden we have an equine the now five-year-old gelding Commander Crowe. This horse also had a winning streak from his first performance, which includes the biggest victory a Swedish bred horse can achieve, the Derby (for four-year-olds). However, Commander
Crowe remains undefeated in 23 lifetime races.

Commander Crove has been successful on his racing career, he is the local Derby winner and this was his win number 31 in 36 starts.

Today I tried Hillary's online I Ching feature for the first time asking:

Will Commander Crowe win the 3th race at Jägersro trotting course tonight?

Her oracle answer was hex 14.3.4 to ... hex 41 ... and the horse did win the race :pompom:

looks to me that yi was answering to " will iching give a correct answer to my question?" rather than original question. just a hunch .

do you mean will the online oracle give accurate answers? is the question being answered?
and if so why do you feel that way? do you think the whole answer is about online iching? its still a great treasure, decrease doubt about it or something?
