The identified language element of the I Ching allows us to get the IC to describe properties and methods of itself by use of analogy to elements of itself. As such we can get details on the development of a situation represented by a hexagram where the hexagram covers a CLASS of situation and the details the probable flow of an instance of that class. Here are the beginning/ending analogies for all of the hexagrams where the first column lists the hexagram under consideration, the second column lists the 24-ness, the way that the hexagram under consideration manifests the beginning of a situation or its re-beginning where the situation is cyclic and we are re-commencing a cycle; the third column manifests the completion or goal or outcome of the hexagram under consideration, what we call it's 63-ness.

02 -+- 24 -+- 63 - what THIS 'says' is 02 begins with a new cycle and a goal of completion, closure, an instinct/habit that conserves energy as a basic form of filtering system. Thus as 01 is closed+open system so 02 is more closed with minimum open system, 01 is anti-symmetry/asymmetry; particular, 02 is symmetry;general, integrating. Note there is an incubation element present here.

Of casual note here is that the 24-63 relationship that we have focused upon is one of raw/refined, begin/end etc and as such covers the same patterns applied to trigram relationships in hexagrams. IOW we have identified a possible source in identifying overall dodecagram meanings. E.g. the dodecagram of 011111-010101 (hex 44 - hex 64) is representative of hexagram 01 (!) in that it covers the begin-to-end journey of such. If this is the case then the dodecagram for POTENTIALS is that of hex 02 and covers 100000-101010 thus what does 111111-111111 and 000000-000000 represent!?
If we XOR these with 100000-101010 (where this is the 'potentials' and so identity symbol for the whole set of hexagrams/dodecagrams in that group theory applies to these sets of symbols) we get:

011111-010101 -> our 01-representing dodecagram
and
10000-101010
00000-000000
10000-101010 -> our 02-representing dodecagram
thus we have a mechanism for converting hexagram pairings into dodecagrams and from there their reversal into mapping out line change meanings in hexagrams (hexagrams with changing lines are in fact COMPRESSED dodecagrams where the 12 lines get compressed into 6 moving lines of FOUR choices per line rather than two)
