That's a good thought. I didn't think I could post there. What about the question you asked ? What was your conclusion ? The answer suggests you're okay but it's a medical issue and you couldn't walk and so in your shoes I'd see a Dr regardless, unless it quickly improves.
I don't see 16 as prominent in the answer I see the line, the one line as more to the fore but if you do see it prominently, well then that is a big part of your answer.
Yes one can ask yes/no questions. To me this answer is a 'no', a no in as 'you're really shook up but you're okay, no harm done'. However there's no way I'd take that as instruction that you don't need to see a Dr if you still can't walk well.
Regarding your appreciation of wikiwing what about you putting this example in there ? Maybe you already have, but if not remember not to be hesitant about posting your own experiences there.

'Shock comes, fear and terror.
Afterwards, laughing words, shrieking and yelling.
Good fortune'
This line adds the idea of 'afterwards' to the judgement, where the fear and laughter come together. This one starts turning it into a story. 'Good fortune' because the shock is proving harmless.
51 zhi Hexagram 16, Shock's Enthusiasm, like the shrieks of delight on a roller-coaster, turning fear into laughter. Could be more generally a sense of something new and risky enhancing one's enjoyment, and a basic confidence. And making it into a story, adding 'afterwards', is a way of making 'big images' of the shock.
