Dream interpretation? 51.1.5 > 45

I dreamt that my husband did something that disappointed me, and somehow I ended up in the company of an acquaintance I once had who I think fancied me, and I gave into it and embraced him romantically (and enjoyed it). I saw my father and my family sitting in a garden and wanted to avoid them (something I am actually doing in reality right now), so we bid our time until they left, and then we went to a big public swimming pool for a few laps. At the corner of the pool I saw an older male friend, whom I regard as a voice of conscience and truth in this dream, as when I noticed him noticing me and this guy who was not my husband, I felt slightly ashamed, even though he didn't appear to be judging me. Then I woke up.

What was that dream telling me??? I feel shaken today.

Maybe it's about anxiety?

I guess for even more context, over the weekend I reconnected with someone (who was not in the dream) I met while traveling 10 years ago, and though we maybe flirted back then, nothing happened. He was in town and wanted to see me, and even though he is in a domestic partnership with children, and I am married, he still somehow thought he had a chance for a dalliance with me. I was turned off by this but too shocked to correct him outright, because he expressed this just as a third person was sitting down at our table and it was all too awkward (I promptly said goodbye and left).

Hi there. Interesting response. I think it probably it does have to do with that meeting (Hex 45). Maybe it was a shock and you didn't respond to it the way you felt would be more appropriate, I think line 5 hints at that, maybe there was more to be done or said.
