I did a cast at noon, after hearing on the news that the finals would take place that day.
I'm not a football fan, but just decided to test my Yi skills on some big event, that will touch many people's lives. In a sense that it's not a private matter but it will be observed by millions.
(Portugal will be pri. hex, France will be the rel. hex)
Please show me the result of the match ? 1.2.3.6 → 17
me: First thought - 3 goals by Portugal, as shown by 3 lines making holes in the wall of hex 1.
But then just saw h1 as leading the game, controlling the field, and h17 France will follow, unable to press on.
.2 Wilhelm: Dragon appearing in the field.
.3 Richmond: All day the superior man is busy and at night his mind is active.
.6 Legge:
... the dragon exceeding the proper limits. There will be occasion for repentance.
me: So .2 plays on the field obviously

In the evening, just before the match I asked again:

result: no. Don't know how to interpet this ... only that France will be like an observer, unable to do anything.

Richmond: Waiting at the outer edges. To maintain constancy guards against error.

result: Yes, they did wait the whole game for that one shot in 2nd OT.

1.5h later, decided to check the score (I didn't even watch the game), seeing it as 0 - 0 I asked
Will there be a goal in main time? 21.4 → 27
Daniels: You must persevere in order to win through.
me: 80% yes, just wait.
result: no, by the end of main time the score still was 0 - 0.
Checked again, still 0 - 0 and only one minute to play.
Will the winner be decided through penalties? (after main time) 23.0
me: 60% no, unsure what 23 meant.
result: the match ends after OT's, the teams go their separate ways before the penalties.
After the end of main time:
Goal in over-time? 22.2 → 26
Richmond: He adorns his beard.
me: Huh, beard .. puzzled.
result: yes, in the 2nd OT.
Goal in 1st OT? 44.5 → 50
me: 60% no, but then it drops from heaven ... hmm.
result: no.
Goal in 2nd OT? 17.3 → 49
Richmond: He lets go the boy and follows the man. ...
me: probably yes, old tactics are gone, new approach brings something.
