Hex 3.2 The North Korean government is at present being attacked on all sides with difficulties and troubles, they are at odds with the whole world (especially the US). A person/country tries to help them but they refuse to accept the offer. Nobody can harass the N.Koreans into doing anything. N.K. prefers to wait, but the problem for N.K. will not last longer than 10 years.

Hex 3.5 The N.K government cannot express their true need for help, because certain people/countries are interfering and distorting everything that they are doing. N.K. should stop using forceful/aggressive means, they should work hard and quietly, so that the issues that face them can be slowly resolved. They must concentrate on the smaller agenda of helping their own peoples first. Trying to influence the world is only leading to further misfortune for them.

Hex 3.6 The N.K government are in such deep trouble that they are finding it difficult to dig their way out, but it is upto them to resolve the issues that are beseiging them. They find themselves trapped by the situation, they can't stay still and they can't move forward, the government is in a very dangerous situation, it could literally pull their government apart. No one can help this xenophobic nation.


Hex 41 The N.K. government must be more generous to its lower classes because if they continue to abandon the poor, then this will eventually lead to N.K. downfall. Strengthening the elite and the army is making the country top heavy, which is weaking the base, the people, thus leading to instability. Therefore, a sacrifice has to be made, give up the nuclear technology quest, curb that stupid desire, open up the country more, help the lower classes, don't try to hide them as if they don't exist, reduce its army to a minimum. N.K needs to return to the basics because the whole country is in a financial mess, look after the country and the poor people. Share the wealth, because if the lower classes give up, then the N.K. government will disintegrate. Another thing for the N.K. government to do is to control its anger towards other countries (the US), stop provoking them, they must stay at home and deal with their internal problems first. Taking the above path will lead to eventual good fortune for N.K. and its people.

Since the question is more a "prediction" than "advise" kind of question, the mathematical method would be more useful to undertand this answer.

So, in the short termn, the Power of NKG is strong, even if in the short terms it's enemies seems to be strong and a litlle help from allies would be received.

Line 2. It is NKG. It moves to produces Wife aspect (Money... subordinates). The resultant is Rabbit. This is "an advacenment change", and implies the original line is reinforced. So, NKG would improve it's situation by next spring.

Line 5. It is the Key element. It moves to destroy water (Brother aspect). The resultant is Rat (brother aspect) wich reinforce Tiger (Subject Line). So, the power situation of NKG would affect it's allies/contenders. In the end, this allies/contenders would reinforce NKG situation.

Line 6. Is Rat (brother apsect). It moves in favor of NKG. The resultant element is Tiger (same than NKG). So, the action of NKG enemies and allies would reinforce NKG situation.

f) Hidden element. Is Horse, under aspect Wife (Money, subordinates). It won't come out of hide.

g) Combo elements. There is a combination of Rat+Monkey+Dragon. That reinforces Water. NKG's allies/enemies would be reinforced at the end. But that is only if favor of NKG itself (water produces wood)

From here:
a) NK Government won't colapse in the near future
b) The real conflict betrween NK Government and it's enemies is in the field of economics
c) Actions of NKG's enemies (and NKG's allies) would reinforce it's situation, most probably in next month Rat (december 2006) or Ox (January 2007)
d) In next spring (months Tiger and Rabbit...February to March 2007), NKG would improve it's overall situation... but economics benefits won't arrive

This all seems to predict that, from this crisis, NK Government won't colapse, but reinforce due to economic secret agreements.

Of course, I assumed that the day of the casting was October 15, 2006 (Willofox's local time). We need to verificate if this assumption is right or wrong. If the day wasn't October 15 (in willowfox local time), then we need to know the exact day, to give an accurate prediction

The time of the question was 4.34 am GMT, 15th of October.

Anyway, I don't think that N.K. will be doing anymore nuclear tests, as they have made their point and wasted a lot of money in the process.
At present Kim and his gang are going nowhere, but give it some more time and then the hidden majority, his secret enemies, the working class, may just say enough is enough. Then the army would have no choice but to remove Kim from power. This could start happening in 6 months from now or it could be later, but Kim's end is approaching. He has flown too high and now he is overdue for a fall. I don't think they will kill him, just put him somewhere safe. I am not sure about his health but that could be a factor for his removal. He appears to be ill.
In perhaps 5 months (March 2007) N.K. will most likely have resumed full talks with the US.

BTW.. I didn't mention a new nuclear test. The question, and my interpretation was narrowed to "colapse or not colapse of NK government in the near future".
