I feel really oppressed where I live. It's not that comfortable because of the 'mexican standoff' with the upstairs neighbours. It's not dramatic either, I don't buy into it but energetically it's just there. I've used tools to change the energy but it really just feels oppressive.
I'm waiting on an inheritance in the hope I can buy my own place and I don't really want to move AGAIN but neither do I want to live in this environment.

What do I need to know about find happiness if I move to another rental Hex 11.5>5

It does sound like I'd be happier elsewhere - not sure about the Hexagram 5 though.

Your situation is similar to the situation of King Ti-Y's daughter, where the king decreed that the princess, in her marriage (....your actual situation ), despite having a higher status (...waiting on an inheritance in the hope you can buy your own place ) would have to conform and accept/obey her lower status husband (...must accept conditions of actual rental ).

but there is something productive that may be beneficial in this whole waiting situation: actively preparing the details that further your own house project.

Thank you breakmov - that does make sense now.....just taking a loooong time but the more I do have to wait and live here the more I'm seeing the value in it despite my frustrations!!! We're experiencing major flooding at the moment so a lot of social activities are being postponed and that means I'm just stuck at home except for going into work so I guess that's not helping my mindset.

I can see now that 24.2 wasn't just talking about this job but my employment history as well. I had a negative moment at work last week where it reminded me of past jobs re peoples behaviour so I considered not returning for more shifts but we seem to have got over that 'hump' and hopefully this week it gets better.
