This is a good point. Many of us have had experiences like that.I really do want to be hopeful about this. I don't want to push at her and make her upset at me (if I get in she'll be my landlady after all) but I also don't want to let things slip away.
tbh when I met her during the showing she struck me as somewhat scattered and overwhelmed, just learning the job but trying to be collected. When I was younger I was secretary to a commercial real estate broker, so I understand how it can be complicated and require organization to keep up with paperwork for 99 residents, and I do remember being new at my job myself. She did say the company just purchased the complex and that they were very short staffed. So maybe that's it.
Are these two voicemails pending right now? In other words when she comes back on the 13th, she'll find them, so daily taming work will still happen even if you don't call again? Same with tbe email with the 3 documents - will that be new to her too when she gets back?I asked Yi what would happen if I called and left another message. I get a very clear one line response that says essentially "Do it, don't hesitate, time is running out," so I call and leave another vm asking if she received it. Then I decided, this is nuts, and I left a second vm asking if I could just get an appointment and do it all in person.
