Hex 37 for what to do now re work and 46 for how to plan job hunt

Hi,
I'd be glad about your suggestions:
I came back from overseas family visit where I stayed 3 weeks with my baby without my partner and am faced with prospect to go back to work soon to have an income again (after having had some parenting time off and living off my savings). But I have to find work.
I am dreading this, as it is not that I have been passive with regard to this, I have been applying and always on the lookout, but as a result of this, in one interview for a postdoc role I was outbid by a male with a published book, and for the other post other candidates were considered to be more experienced. I got offers from agencies but all fulltime and I prefer parttime. It hasn't been easy to do all this, my time for applications is short with a two year old.
Also, I am in some kind of limbo about my location, going back to my home country and aging parents or staying put where I have lived 10 years already.
I have put effort into applications in the two countries.

But re my readings: At first, I asked very generally, just coming back yesterday night (to my partner, rejoining our small family) and knowing I have to tackle this now, what I have to do now, and with the answer 37 unchanging I do not really know what to make of.

Then, following advice on some thread here, I asked more specifically, how I should plan my job hunt and I got 46, unchanging too.

What is the message for me?

Hi there. 37 has to do with the family, so what you have to do "now" was just that, spend time with the family, be with your family, especially maybe after returning from your trip, or even taking up the responsibility again of taking care of your family. No changing lines just gives it more emphasis I think, your family is what it's important right now.

46 is a pretty good hexagram I think. It means ascending, moving upward (can be for that job you are looking), the only thing is that it is not something that will happen over night, it is something gradual, it will take time and planning, ask for help (it mentions to see a great man without fear). Also indicates the South, not sure if that relates to anything, it could, maybe, like south of your city, country. Anyhow, overall it will take time to find that perfect job but you'll get there

Overall I think both hexagrams are pretty auspicious. The tough part is getting desperate and there is no need if you plan it correctly. Good luck!
