What am I looking for Hex 50.5>44

Thku icastes - I am wondering about the decline in fortunes - I am considering volunteering in Ethiopia as a teacher in the new year - do you think Hex 44 could be relevant here.

This refers to a man, an exalted sage, who has already put the turmoil of the world behind him. But a follower appears who understands him and is not to be put off. So the sage comes back into the world and aids the other in his work. Thus there develops an eternal tie between the two.

I feel this reading may refer to him as the exalted sage and me as the follower.
He has received a lot of negativity from others about his quest but I so, so get why he's doing what he's doing.

I would read 50.5 as saying that you are looking for a way to bring together different aspects of your life in the most fruitful way, like wanting to cook your circumstances in such a manner so that it provides you with a full taste of what you and your life are about . . another way to see it as putting together the ingredients of who you are, who you'd like to be and how you can set about getting there and making a cocktail out of it all . . It doesn't have to be according to this or that recipe so long as you make sure nothing is out of balance for your palate, seasoning, spices and all . .

Caution is needed in the process in order to avoid getting stuck with only the aspiring or spirited voices (44 can be like that imo) but giving them enough space to carry your life forward in inspired ways . . I think 50/44 could be read as the process of embodying spirit, melding the practical and the idealistic, the real and dream-like into your own 'life potion'

Btw, I find what your friend is doing really amazing . . I have enormous respect for people who choose to make this kind of journeys :bows::bows::bows: . . Imo your reading includes this and everything else that you decide it goes into the realm of how you want things to be in your life. A process like this in the form of 50.5 can help us really re-examine what is important deep inside . . doesn't necessarily have to do with the specifics though, with whether we live here or there, do this job or the other, although these aspects often are like the container of our lives, but, to me, most often it's about how we do the things we do, what lies beneath them, what idea runs through them, engendering them, if you like . .

Again, it's about an ideal that we are striving for, not because we can grab and own it but because it brings other parts in our life together and makes them meaningful in a unique way

Please ramble on rodaki what you have said here is fantastic and has helped me put things a into a clear perspective :bows: - yes my friend is totally amazing although he just says he's goin' for a motorbike ride.
Although I have been actively moving along in life and processing and sorting as I'm going, I feel like I haven't actually had a specific goal of what to do with everything I've learnt and still learning that I know is gonna really mean something, definitely for myself but also of the humanitarian kind. Now I think I have
