Found this link which is similar theme to what I am asking. He has shown no indication of wanting to rekindle but was hoping he would.

Lots of brilliant people OR brilliance/light OR lines/news, gather together.
And the situation changes completely.
49 also speaks of two women, who are opposing each other.

So either you will soon have news that he's seeing someone else.
Or the brilliance/people describes his (?) lifestyle and he's seeing someone else.
If the brilliant lifestyle and lots of people describe you, then maybe he will be drawn back to you.
But still, I'm pretty sure there's another woman in the picture...

Thank you diamanda, it has come to my knowledge that he is seeing someone else. Also all the brilliance and gathering was about him too.
