I got h18 about a dream:

I suddenly found myself in a black void, laying on my back, looking down at my chest.
Over the heart was a black rectangular box with two wires coming out of it.
But around the contact point the wires were very thin so I decided to cut them, and when I did my heart started to race very fast. I felt panic and then my Dad appeared and I asked him to get to the nearest clinic to repair this box (I thought it was a pacemaker, but in real life I absolutely don't need or use one).

While he was gone or maybe he was having some problems with it .. protracting time maybe, I realized that this device wasn't a pacemaker, it was just slowing the vibration from a higher frequency to an appropriate one (reference to Dolores Cannon's books I think, we are light beings and need to lower the frequency to live in this dense body). I also started to feel hot, as my heart revved up, and I liked it. It's summer in Moscow but the day (more like whole week) was rather cold and windy and I didn't like it at all. So maybe my heart was compensating for me feeling cold, adjusting to feel more warm.

I think I managed to reconnect this device by myself but with adjustment of the frequency, so it wouldn't slow the heart too much now. I had a feeling that the box had gone out of normal working range and it was time to re-calibrate it.

The question was: "What was that dream about? This black box, please comment"
I think some mental blocks were removed that night, or my spirit guides/ETs made some adjustments to my body to make it lighter, closer to spirit/light energy. We'll see.

Hey Ashteroid, I thought I saw this in the 18uc thread earlier but now it's gone ? Did you take it out ?

Can I copy it over there ? I thought it was a good example, shame not to have it there.

Yes, Trojina, you saw it over there. I just now moved it. I thought it belonged over here as it sounds like he is inviting interpretations. But then I re-read it and it seems it is complete as is. So I've asked him to re-post it over there. (I tried but it didn't seem to work..the curse of 18. Trying to Fix Something You Spoiled?)

Sorry for the confusion!

What was that dream about?
18 uc

Dream and casting are about poor health. Take better care of yourself. The health of youth does not last.

Sometimes it is hard to know wether to ask for interpretation or just get affirmation that what you are feeling is OK. Perhaps there should be a place to put an any comments casting. Where you know the answer but would just like a back-up. You probably have this somewhere anyway. Probably best to put in shared readings but I often don't want to bother folk with my issues.... It seems less needy in exploring divination somehow

To me hex 18 gives a picture of the whispering gallery in St Paul's Cathedral. - somewhere up high on a different level almost looking down on life beneath. I went there as a child and remember thinking that I had a lot of control over the people below. It was not a particularly nice thought (I was 8). I had the same feeling when having my teeth out with the old fashioned gas mask. Something very out if body is hex 18. I had a chad valley doll that had an inside - it was a sort of battery that made it speak puke and wet itself. It broke and I remember operating on it (I had just had my tonsils out). I took all the parts out and then put them back - it still didn't work. There was a box thing - and wires and eventually I took it out and told Patricia(the doll) that she was OK. My friend said that I had killed her - but I said that Patricia was an angel now and didn't need her box.

Whenever I get 18 uc. For whatever reason I always think of Patricia - some things just can't be fixed in this life anyway. I always get that out of body feeling too - so your dream is very similar to my experience. I cannot help you with your meaning however

"...Somewhere up high on a different level almost looking down on life beneath." Agreed, Butterfly Spider!

In fact, I see hex 18 as referring to the time between lives, or at least the time when a person is asleep.

If you consider 15. Modesty as the man going through his life,

then 16 is the funeral and celebration of the life with music making the connection between this physical vibration and the higher vibrations of the spiritual realm where the deceased and the ancestors reside.

Then 17. when the party is over "at nightfall one goes indoor for rest and recuperation."

After which Hexagram 18 is the recuperation that goes on while we sleep. During the sleep perhaps we get to meet with the ancestors and fix what ever was confused and needing recalibrating.

Then the next morning - or lifetime - we wake up or come back down to earth and say like the superior man in 19 who is inexhaustible in his will to teach, "Wow I really learned a lot while i was upstairs getting a higher view - I'd like to share what I saw.."

...
'Nother thought - you commented that "somethings just can't be fixed in this lifetime." I think of the saying about how a problem cannot be fixed on the level it manifests - or something, anyone know the quote?
Anyway, 18.Working on what has been spoiled, and your idea that you felt somehow it suggested being at a higher level would fit with the idea we have to be at a higher level in order to unspoil a problem.

And yet another thought: Rather than interpreting 18 as a health warning I wonder if it couldn't indicate some sort of health healing? Asheroid, I'm wondering if you noticed any shift since you had the dream. Like, have you seen the connections between your inner thoughts and your physical manifestations becoming more aligned - like thinking of someone and then seeing them, that sort of thing?

I reposted it in 18uc thread.

Well my intention was to just add my 3 cents to the 18th thread.
But of course any comments are welcome, maybe someone needed to read this post which otherwise they would have missed.

@pocossin
I'm taking care of myself :)
More walking, more exercise, more meditation, fruit juice only diet for 18 months and counting.
And I took it as a sign of progress, the whole dream left positive feelings about it with a hint of shock and surprise.

I needed to read it, Ashteroid, and I didn't want to post on the Unchanging threads where any comment will be read and re-read for the next 1,000 years. My dad passed away last month and I've been in free fall trying to sort out who he was and what our relationship was all about. He was a Great Soul who did a lot of good for The World but wasn't always able to be so great for his young daughter... Anyway, Your posting about 18 which references setting right what had been spoiled by the father, and your dream about your own dad and the thoughts on how it's a real challenge to calibrate the spiritual and the physical successfully, well, it all helped me feel better and be a tad forgiven. For today anyway!

Thanks,
Rosada

Sometimes we need someone else to fix our problems
Sometimes we just need someone to say that things will be fine....

Sometimes when someone posts a thread we can connect and it helps us feel better...

If does not fix our problem it just makes us feel more human and that it is OK to feel as a human right now.

To Rosada & Ashteroid

I needed to read it too - don't know why.
Rosada - with all the good you do on this site, and I feel sure in your life, if you needed forgiveness for any reason I am quite sure that you have received all the forgiveness you might have needed, perhaps all that is needed now is to forgive yourself - with love, Annie
Ashteroid - Do you think that an 18 month juice diet is enough for a young man? Maybe a little more protein and Vitamin E & B could be helpful. I understand that vegetarians are often short of B12 - just a thought, with love, Annie

fruit juice only diet for 18 months and counting.

:O
really? did you manage that also in Russia?
I would like to try but it's difficult when you are outside and also during the winter.
Were the first few days difficult?

After 2 years on fruits it was very simple.
An now the body needs less and less, I only drink once, in the late evening.
Apples and oranges are always available in Moscow at least.
Sometimes it happens that I skip the meal entirely, for a day.

I meant if you manage with the Russian cold climate.
I feel I can go without eating so much during the summer, while in winter my stomach requires more stuff.

I thank Olga for asking the question that I should have asked. Fruit juice is high in fructose, which I think is harmful. Juicing can lead to diabetes, and in the case of kale, thyroid problems. You are, I think, a young man who may not experience these problems until much later. Leaf fat (fat around internal organs) runs in my family, and I am afflicted with it, although told by one doctor to blame my ancestors and by another that I am not overweight as judged by the scales. Nevertheless, my health is in precipitous decline, and I am attempting to correct the situation, which is affecting my mind. During these months, from my garden I have an unlimited supply -- or would have if I stopped giving them away -- of tomatoes, but it seems a shame to convert tomatoes to juice when my neighbors do not have fresh tomatoes to eat. I have planted a large quantity of eggplant (Ichiban for earliness and the larger Black Beauty) because I have found that I lose weight when I eat eggplant. Do you have any experience with eggplant? The nicotine in eggplant is supposed to delay mental decay. Any specific advice you could give I would appreciate.

When you say "leaf fat" what's the medical term they give this condition? Would that be lipedema? Or is it related to a high LDL type cholesterol count?

Obviously I'm not a doctor/nutritionist so a disclaimer applies, but just from my own experience, I'd normally recommend coconut oil and avocados because, due to the quality of the fatty acid range it means that it shouldn't be a problem. There's no question it cured me of depression and mood swings so there must be an endocrine/brain effect there...

I'd say that blueberries, Pomegranates, Goji Berries, celery, cucumber as an adjunct to that would also be useful.

Fructose is a poison when consumed alone.
Fructose + vitamins = natural energy. Vitamins neutralize all the harmful aspects.
There is a lecture about it from UCLA I think, I've watched it on youtube.
That scientist is also leading a clinic for overweight children. He knows his stuff.

High-fructose corn syrup is veryyy bad.
But an apple? C'mon is natural.

Also I don't use too sweet apples (Golden), I used to, but now I'm more and more inclined to 'Granny Smith'.
When eating seedless grapes, especially red chilean, it started to give me a sugar rush yes, so I stopped it gradually.

Oranges are very neutral, and sweet-and-sour apples are ok.
I liked eating kale raw, it gave that stingy feeling to the mouth.
But kale juice is just awful, tried it only once.
Tomatos are great but again I'm over that phase, they became too heavy for me, too many fiber.

If you want to improve your health, stop eating sugar at once. Sugar is converted to fat and drains your precious vitamins. Also sugar is 50% fructose, half as poisonous as pure industrial fructose.
Salt is bad too.

Just by eating raw food you can gradually restore your health, or at least stop the decline.
My dad is 50 and he went on 21 day water fast, boy he did lose around 20lb. His chronic nose problems went away. But water fasting is a rapid and potentially dangerous method for older people.
And fruits are so delicious why you even want to eat something else. All cooked and processed food is just a shallow emulation of fruits. I had a sweet-tooth since childhood but when I started eating fruits I forgot all about candies.

Dolores Cannon had also received multiple times advice from the other side to switch to raw food, live food, ideally fruits.

I've just read it yesterday, Convoluted Universe 3, pg. 563:
Later in the session, Nancy’s body was being worked on to remove the desire to smoke and then with compulsive eating so she could lose weight. She could feel them scanning and readjusting, especially in the right side of her brain. Then she felt vibrations throughout her body. “They’re just scanning and
removing impulses.”

D: Trust them. They know what they’re doing. They’re removing the impulse to overeat.
N: Yes, and things that have become habitual. The body’s designed to basically handle anything, but the problem is with portion control and quantity. The body is a miracle and the body can dispose of or handle anything in small doses. The favorable food would be anything with less additives, less preservatives. Less is best. Even smaller portion sizes, but just to rid the body of chemical additives, preservatives. So
the trend is to go to healthier, leaner, less toxic things for the body. The body will last longer when it doesn’t have to work as hard. We have given her the impulses to take and readjust, readjust and program. She will love this. The taste buds are already changing. It’s beginning to happen.

They have repeated this through most of my sessions with clients, especially when they wanted information about their diets. We are to move away from heavy foods, because in order to ascend, the body must become lighter. They said the best food is “live” food, which means fresh fruits and vegetables. Some meat is all right, but not the heavy red meat, especially not beef and pork, because of the additives and hormones. They said it deposits chemicals and artificial components in our organs that will remain there for as long as six months. It is extremely difficult to filter and remove them from the body. If we can get organic food, that is the best. They always emphasize smaller portions and several small meals during the day (they called it “grazing”), instead of huge meals. The value of water is beyond
comprehension. It is extremely important. Of course, all of this is merely common sense, but when it is repeated constantly through my clients, I think that means they are emphasizing the importance of diet at this time. Eventually, we will move into an all liquid diet.

Then, after we move to the New Earth, there is the possibility of not eating at all. At that point, we will be living off pure energy and light. The same as many of the ETs I have spoken to.

That's my goal, complete freedom from food. I wanted this since kindergarten.

What cured you of depression? avocados??!
Topal wasn't it you that said that fruit leads to depression?

Hello Olga,

Well, not entirely. It was a very large part of a holistic process. Eating fruit on its own doesn't necessarily lead to depression no. But eating a lot of it without a balanced diet certainly can. (Excess fructose) But avocados and cutting out fruit on a daily basis was a big factor in reducing that condition, yes. But it required a lot of research and experiment over about two years. I would never recommend folks cut out fruit just like that without taking on a whole dietary lifestyle.

Although there are certain generalities which seem to go across the physiological board, what works for me might not work for another.

Hey topal, I agree. I actually tried to live on freshly-squeezed juice for a couple of years (about 20 years ago). It most certainly contributed to depression, it was like being on a roller-coaster. What works for one, may not work for another. So true. These days, after advice from my chinese medical practitioner, I try to consume far more liquid than heavy food. Her take is that for whatever reason, my body does not process raw food as efficiently as cooked food and that I need to be gentle on my digestive system. The outcome, I mostly eat soup and only drink water or occasionally a herbal or green tea. For the first time in my whole life, my stomach doesn't stick out (I understand it has something to do with the internal organs being overworked and thus they become over-sized). Most of the food I eat is organic but I don't find the need to be religious about that, depends on what is good and what I can afford at the time, with the exception of meats - they must be organic, free-range, hormone free, blah blah, else I bypass it completely. I don't need meat every week, perhaps every month or so. I shop by smell, those things that smell delicious are what I need/want to eat. What those things are has changed considerably over time. I used to love chocolate, now it kind of smacks me in the face if I eat it, it's too strong and too sweet. The more I listen to my body, the more sensible my diet becomes. Hardly ever eat sugar, hardly ever eat fruit and vegetables that aren't in season. Almost everything I eat is made from scratch. No processed food, no takeaway, now low-fat, sugar-substituted, salt & msg laden gunk. Not as externally imposed choices, rather as a result of "following my nose". This winter I have fallen in love with mandarins, cauliflower, split peas and barley, last summer I was hooked on finger-limes. Autumn, I couldn't get enough of fennel and apples (love a granny smith). But I don't eat a lot of fruit in comparison to public health recommendations - a few pieces per week seems to be plenty. If I am wrong about that it will eventually become obvious to me and the fruit will smell more appealing than the vegetables.

How this has played out is that I eat a far greater variety of foods over the course of a year than ever before in my life. Also, I don't use external chemical concoctions on my body, eg. if you can't safely eat it, it has no business being in contact with my skin, so I use coconut and other wonderful health-giving oils externally, even toothpaste is home-made (teeth are getting whiter by the day). Upshot, no medication for quite a while now except the occasional herb concoction from the chinese doctor to help with balancing and raising my chi, not even painkillers - don't need them. Add this to fact that I walk almost everywhere, practice a bit of Qigong, and have the odd outburst of lounge-room dancing (or tap-dancing in the kitchen while waiting for water to boil). Now that I am getting close to 50 I look fitter and healthier than I have ever looked in my life - even though I was generally considered pretty fit and healthy in the past. I don't know my weight, but I am slightly smaller size in clothes than I was as a teenager. I seem to be getting younger with age, LOL, I am sure the wrinkles will come eventually so I continue to smile a lot in the hope that my wrinkles will appear around the eyes and corners of my mouth instead of on my forehead.

None of what I say here is a recommendation for my way of doing things. At this point in time, this is what works for me.

Very interesting Hujambo. Sounds like you have a very balanced diet/lifestyle.

I just thought of something in relation to pocossin's situation regarding fatty deposits:

Apple Cider vinegar! I think this might be hugely beneficial. As long as it's diluted since it's very acidic it apparently has an "alkalizing effect on digestion" and assists with kidney, bladder, liver function and most importantly of all in this context - a fatty liver. There is also evidence for visceral fat reduction and lower BMI which would be the correct kind of weight loss and addressing fat accumulation within.

There's a lot of information around but here's one link:
