cssslw said:Hi, Folks:
I've had a lot of dissapointment in getting my heart broken in my adult life. I asked the I Ching what should I do to achieve real happiness and success in my love life. It replied: # 27, no changing lines.
So, what do you think that means, anyway? Thank you.
cssslw said:I asked the I Ching tonight if my exgirfriend would ever come back to me. It replied: # 7, no changing lines. The Army? How would that apply to my situation?
martin said:Hi Cssslw,I think hexagram 27 often points to an inner emptiness that we try to fill with stimulation from the outside, but that doesn't work.
We stay 'hungry', dissatisfied.
"What should I do to achieve real happiness and success in my love life?"
Perhaps the Yi says with 27: don't focus on your love life now but on that inner emptiness. A partner cannot fill that hole, nothing can.
autumn said:I would be remiss if I did not point out that the judgment of 7 focuses less on the qualities of an dynamic warrior and more on the qualities of a militia troop. In others words, less on active war and more on guard.
