Dear all,

Despite the fact that I have been following the discussions here on this marvelous group, this is actually my first time posting something.

I have a project about starting an NGO that has been going for about 2 years, and I have applied for approval by the government institution in charge in January 2015. I have been going there regularly, but they keep saying to me that it is still being evaluated. I know these people sometimes do it on purpose just because they want to receive some money to move things. I know someone with a lot of influence that knows the person in charge, and I am sure he can help me with it. So, I asked a question whereby I want to know the outcome of me asking for his help. As a result I received hexagram 48. I remember when I first went there I met a lady that explained to me how things worked and she helped me with the by laws. She also said that I could go see her once I have handed everything to them. So, I asked another question where I would like to know the outcome if I go ask her for help.

I have analysed hexagram 48 and to me it means that we shall not let the well dry, and keep drawing water from it so that new water keeps coming. Could this mean that I shall not keep still and wait for them to answer, but go ask for this person's help?

Regarding hexagram 56, I take that I must take other approaches and see which one will work out. Does this mean that I try to get help from both of them? Or try one and then another?

I would like to insight regarding this matter, and would appreciate your feedback.

Thanks in advance!

Best Regards,

Hi Viegasfh,
I'm no great expert in hex 48 but it feels to me like the Yi is saying that this person is a resource for you and you have to treat him with the utmost care. If you don't breath too much on his neck with your request but just delicately hint at it, if don't drain him dry, basically if you don't break the jug while keeping the well alive and fresh, success is your.
Alla the best!
