Hexagram 53.1.4.5 >30 New land partner

Hello, It's been a few years since i've posted here. This one is a big decision though, my current partner is selling and I have two people to choose from. I need to make a choice in the next few days.
I asked "Yi, please show me and image describing how X being my next land partner will affect my life and the land?"
53.1.4.5 >30
The land is on a mountain and in a windy spot so 53 makes prefect sense.
My main questions are concerning lines 4 and 5.
4 looks like some compromise that COULD be temporary if i play it right.
5 looks like nothing is achieved for a while but then success is assured. But also i read some stuff about it not being the Best outcome like line 6 would be.
30 also looks good.

I asked the same question for the other potential partner and got 42 unchanging.
It seems from my reading some folks here think unchanging is a no. But when i read 42 unchanging, it looks great as long as i continue to be generous to the partner and the land.
I think either would be a good choice but really want the Best outcome.
Also, this is not a business venture. It's a sacred place that I want to develop into a homestead.

Well...for two readings that are, after all, different, I think they might have a fair amount in common.

Both could be a process. 53 always is, and often very slow and frustrating, but as you note it ends well at 53.5.

42 can be blessing and increase if you pour in effort to improve things. For instance once I got 42uc about an administrative snafu. It was resolved satisfactorily after I wrote an 8 or 9 page letter. However the letter-writing went very smoothly, which I didn't expect, and that was a blessing in itself.

So the readings could be descriptions of what it will be like to work with each of them.

Since you asked how they'd each affect the land, also wonder if the readings describe their visions? For instance does the first one want to marry what's there, so to speak, join with it in a 53-ish way, and the second would look for increase?

Neither of those have to be good or bad per se - there will probably be pros and cons to any new partner - but it might be a good thing to discuss if you haven't already.

My worry with lines 4 and even 5 in 53 would be that i'm giving up too much.
A little more backstory is that the 53 choice is in contract with my partner currently. Before this all started i didn't know him but i do think we could work well together.
The 42 person would work with me to exercise the first right of refusal with an llc and we trust each other good so she's not worried about me staying on the title after the purchase. She would also INCREASE me financially some, if this were to happen, which would be helpful as my resources are low.

i wonder about some of the extra effort in 42 UC being in setting it up in the first place? Or is it ongoing?
Also the temporary nature of 42. Like does Unchanging make the increase continue much longer? Or is it still, "make hay while the sun shines"?
