Hexagram 8 unchanging and office drama

Greetings to you in the re-decorated site
We have some office drama for a long time, which affects most of us, including me.
I have decided to have a new approach and "take it easy" so I asked the oracle how to take it from here.
The answer was hexagram 8 unchanging.

For me 8 is always symbolizing a sacred bond. Or a green light, or something nice.
I do not know how to interpret it in this case.
Please share your thoughts

So, how to take a new approach towards the office dramas?

To get to your place of pure delight you'll need to change how you think and the people you hang out with in the office. Hex 8 can be about reforming the relationships that have grown up in your world, so this is about breaking and making bonds, both internal (thoughts and feelings) and external ( actions and connections).

It's important to find a way to support yourself, that works for you (internal or external or both), as you go through what could turn out be a deep inner journey full of unexpected twists and turns. "Take it easy" may not be an attitude that occurs naturally for you and you might have a few 'battles' to work through before you can see things clearly and give the green light to the new ways on how to be and how to act that will bring chilled out living into your world at the office, and maybe farther afield than that.

"Take it easy" seems to me to imply taking a neutral attitude so I add here that I think 8. Seeking Union encourages being a bit more pro-active. Like yes, take it easy, but as soon as possible be aware of who you seem to naturally flow with and strengthen those ties.

@my_key, that was fascinating and very much in synch with my current thoughts! I did not expect this detailed interpretation come out of an unchanging cast. Being it 8. It sounds to me as more of an internal discipline, while what rosada said sounds like the attitude. @rosada, almost all of us in the office have already picked sides, in pyramidland there are those which are nice to be around and a couple of disharmonics. Does 8 shed a light on how to deal with the latter?

I'm gonna comeback with another cast for the practicalities though.

Hello to all,

I am back with some news and another question.
As simple as an unchanging hexagram might seem, what I got turned to be also giving some hints about the main tone of the events to be unfolded. A new current of allying and separating is sweeping the office which is not over yet. I asked Iching the question: will X and Y reconcile (X has been trying to make it happen with the aid of a third person) and I got hexagram 24.3 changing to 36.

Any ideas?
